I feel and look better than I ever have! As an added bonuus. I have lost 2 inches around my middle, and I have rock hard abs to show off! I never thought exercising would be so easy and fun. The Sheppard Method Traners are all traned by Risa, a veteran over 30 years. They are fantastic. I only wish I had more time to go all week long. I have made this a priority, and will be a life long devotee.
- Pros: Easy hours, skilled teachers, easy parking, fast results
- Cons: Can't think of any!
