Fantastic bead store!. Love, love, love this store. The most knowledgeable staff, the best service, the most incredible classes offered. You won't find a better bead opportunity than here. Go and see for yourself. Its total bead utopia!

Reasonable prices, Great selections, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kelly Thompson (the shop owner), is very nice. She is the young lady (probably the youngest in the shop), with shoulder length blondish-brown hair. When she's in the store, her staff is obviously more friendly and attentive. But when she is away from the shop, thats when the women act like they could care less about your presents. There was even a time when I had stood at the registers for at least five minutes...ready to pay for my items, and all the clerks were too busy working on their jewelry projects to notice me standing there. The girls were all over the place, except for the front counter where at least one person should have been there ready to check out PAYING customers. I continue to shop there, mostly during the day, around noontime because of their sales and selections.-There are a few ladies that work there who happen to be very friendly. Unfortunately, I don't know their names. But as for the rest of them, they'd be better off working in sanitation!!!

RUDE saleswomen!!!. Albeit, they have a great selection of well-priced beads. But the saleswomen! They are SO rude that I almost left without buying anything but decided to buy things because I drove nearly 1 hour to get there. Then, they didn't even put everything that I paid for in the bag (which I didn't notice until I got home). Stay away from the one with shoulder-length straight gray hair!!!!!!!

Local bead haven. If you're looking for a new hobby and have never tried jewelry making, I HIGHLY recommend visiting the San Gabriel Bead Company in Arcadia. Not only do they have all the basic supplies to begin making your own jewelry, they offer a plethora of classes. From basic bead stringing and wire work to more advanced kiln and torch work, you can definitely find something to try. The customer service at the Bead Company has always been excellent. All of the ladies who have assisted me are knowledgeable about the store's stock, and are even jewelry makers themselves. Just beware...if you enjoy this new hobby...it can be come addictive...and you'll need to learn to budget your hobby funds!!
