Japanese Restaurant Concept 101a.
Another concept business although I did like the interior art, seating area, offerings of various fresh salads, but what I didn't like, is that there was no attention to delivering good food. I noticed that the tempura was too heavily battered, food prep sizes too big - 6"x 4"x3/4" (thats 1 big zucchini?) Chicken didn't seem grilled (sml portion), and the miso soup was watered down miso. I hope this place doesn't jus' plan on solely surviving on the concept. They need to look for better KITCHEN MANAGERS!
