This behemoth of a dance club is broken up into a series of lounges and rotundas, allowing the throngs of clean-cut guys to woo their tube-topped counterparts in a relaxed setting, or amid the gyrating masses under the DJ booth and live-music stage. The decor is more eclectic than its inhabitants; think kitschy vintage lamps and a beige retro lounge juxtaposed against a modern aquatic motif, all infused with Asian elements.

Went out with a couple of friends on a Friday night. The line was semi-long, but we were in it for about fifteen minutes. Bouncers/security was polite and very fast, got in in no time. We were there a little bit before eleven so we had to get the dance floor going. But once it did it was jammed packed. Great music, in both dance floors; one is Top40/Hip Hop and the other was Salsa, merengue, spanish rock.. overall good music. As for drinks... you may think they're not strong, but they'll sneak up on ya! So watch it. lol. Some of the bartenders.. well one.. took fooooor ever with our drinks. Needless to say , she didn't get a tip that time and we went to someone else for the rest of the night. Like I said, overall, the place is great! Then again for ten million dollars, the place better be crackin'! haa.
Pros: Got in free. Purple shooters! Music. Dance floor. Overall ambience.
Cons: The ONE bitchy bartender. lol.

On the last Friday of each month they have great Salsa and Bachata Lessons with Bernard and Sonyo of www.DanceSportCA dot com, followed by the BEST DJ in LA and lots of dancing. This is one of my favorite events. For more Salsa information to go YahooGroups and type LA_Salsa.
Pros: Nice clean modern club with large dance floors
Cons: Bumps on the floor in the small dance room.
