Original sports memorabilia from the Eagles, Phillies and Flyers cover the red-brick and stucco walls alongside plasma TVs broadcasting games on ESPN. Two large signs flank the hallway, listing hundreds of famous Philadelphians. Cheesesteaks come in rib-eye, chicken and grilled veggie varieties. Also offered are hoagies, East Coast-style pizzas and low-carb wraps. Breads are brought half-baked from Philly's Amoroso's Bakery, and completed on site. Desserts include Italian sorbet-like water ices and assorted packaged Tastykake pastries.

The food!!! It's the best Philly Steak I've ever had short of Philly. I was in for lunch and the atmosphere was very pleasant (watched ESPN and could hear the TV). Clean, served quickly and not rushed at all. This is a great place with locations in Burbank, Westwood and DODGER STADIUM. YOU MUST TRY THIS PLACE IF YOU LIKE GOOD FOOD!!!!

I have been there a couple times and always had a great cheese steak every time and I was there yesterday for there karaoke night and it was so much fun, the manager and staff their is really fun people and I would tell all my family and friends to go to South Street for a great Cheese Steak and not to go to that other place right around the corner that serves fake cheese steaks

I was invited to South Street for a Girl's Night Out where I enjoyed an inexpensive night out. I am planning to go back for a Family Fun Night since the place is very kid friendly. We went on a Saturday night and had fun singing Karaoke in the back. They have the best Cheese Steak sandwiches around and great pizza too! You can eat there or order food for take-out. They are located on Victory Blvd. between Olive & Magnolia (used to be Chef's Take-Out).
