In Short – Original sports memorabilia from the Eagles, Phillies and Flyers cover the red-brick and stucco walls alongside plasma TVs broadcasting games on ESPN. Two large signs flank the hallway, listing hundreds of famous Philadelphians. Cheesesteaks come in rib-eye, chicken and grilled veggie varieties. Also offered are hoagies, East Coast-style pizzas and low-carb wraps. Breads are brought half-baked from Philly's Amoroso's Bakery, and completed on site. Desserts include Italian sorbet-like water ices and assorted packaged Tastykake pastries.

Best Place for Philly Steaks West of Philly!

by 1summerwind

The food!!! It's the best Philly Steak I've ever had short of Philly. I was in for lunch and the atmosphere was very pleasant (watched ESPN and could hear the TV). Clean, served quickly and not rushed at all. This is a great place with locations in Burbank, Westwood and DODGER STADIUM. YOU MUST TRY THIS PLACE IF YOU LIKE GOOD FOOD!!!!

  • Pros: Exceptional!
  • Cons: None I can think of.

Reminded me of Home(Philly)!!!!!!!

by skegee18

I went during lunch hour on a Friday and wasn't packed..probably because of the rainy day. I am from Philly originally and I was happy with the cheesesteak that I ordered. It was a bit pricey for cheesesteak but not outrageous. The food came up fast and and the server was helpful. I felt right at home being back in Philly!!!! GO EAGLES!!!!! Parking isnt the greastest due to its location but its defintely worth the trip. I am putting South Street on my return trip list.

  • Pros: Food(good selection),Memorabilia
  • Cons: Parking,Pricey
