So if you're too impatient to bear the lines over at community favorite Sushi Gen, Sushi Go 55, located on the 3rd floor of the Little Toyko mall is a great alternative -- both for the sake of your wallet and patience. The chirashi bowl, which is two-layered and topped with a delicious assortment of raw fish, is an instant crowd pleaser.

A small place on the top floor nestled in the corner with no visible signs of their business name. Their sushi quality is decent for the area and the prices are good. Their service was very friendly.

The food is tasty, and the ambiance is pleasing but the buck should stop there. Unfortunately, you will spend several bucks just to tease your appetite. Go if your into paying a lot to 'fit in and be coool'.

AMAZING!!. Our service was great and the waiter was adorable. Ambiance was romantic and definitely recommended. For the music,,,I would recommend jazz or house and the people were cool. Portions were good.

Best food in town.
Food is amazing. Every time I come here, I feel like I never want to leave. Very chic atmosphere with a relaxing mood.
The service is great and the staff really does a terrific job at taking care of you.
The appetizers are delicious.
Theres plenty of places to park: theres a parking lot across the street and a parkin garage up the street within walking distance.
Most of the time I find myself looking at my watch waiting for the food to come, but here I was so entertained with the fun atmosphere that I was pleasantly surprised when my food arrived

Best i ever had. Will go back again, the staff was great, the Sushi melted in my mouth !! Had there famous Chirashi! Best in LA it was great !! Great price !!

Sushi is super fresh. The sushi was wonderful. Loved the albacore, salmon! And spanish mackerel. The place was busy on a Friday night. Recommend reservations. Free parking is nice.

Cashier Ruined Our Visit.
After having a good meal, we told the cashier that we needed our check in a hurry, because we had an appointment to rush off to, but the cashier kept ignoring us, and after asking him for the check 4 times, he finally brought the check 30 minutes later, which made us miss our appointment.
This poor service, and disrespect from the cashier was enough to make us decide never to return to this restaurant again.

Pretty, Pretty Good!. This was really good sushi from a lover of CA rolls, Unagi and Miso Soup. I am not the most adventurous, but I know what I like ... and that is, clean - affordable - quality sushi. This place fits the bill. In fact, I found it through citysearch and saw all of the fantastic reviews and thought, why not? So, I did and here I am adding to them. There are a couple of bad reviews, ignore them. This place is solid! There is also some REALLY cool shopping in the mall, so plan some extra time and have a look around.

Super Fresh Fish! Better than Japan!.
Wow! Better than I've had in Japan and that's where the fish is coming from. How's that possible?
Started with the King Crab Sunomono appetizer is fantastic it had the sea salt flavor from the sea.
Their uni is so sweet and fresh. Love their live sweet shrimp. Most times I get the heads fried like popcorn shrimp. Their spanish mackerel is soooooo good with grated ginger and ponzu sauce.
It's on par if not better with the best sushi bars on westside which I normally pay $100+ pp at 70-80% of the price.
The owner, Tomoko dressed in blue is super friendly and is knowledgeable about food.

THIS place is great. I came here ready to eat everything on the menu! And the food was great but i could have ate more, as fat as that sounds...I like this place just as much as i like Club Sushi

Love Love!. This is a really good sushi spot. Very family-oriented. Good for groups too...but if you want a nice young professional type of place...Club Sushi is the spot with wonderful prices.
