Terrible Service. Decent Food. Rude and un trained staff.. Absolutely terrible! Every time I return to this local neighborhood cafe I regret it after leaving. It's easy to overlook its short comings due to its convenient location. The food is average and decent for its location however the consistent lack of service makes this location totally unacceptable as an establishment. The entire staff is not trained in the basic principles of service and hospitality and lack the common knowledge needed to execute their jobs, even when it comes to making a simple coffee. 8 out of 10 times there is a mistake in my order or something is sub standard and when a complaint is made instead of being accommodated or the situation remedied I am lectured and given excuses for why the mistake was made and nothing is done to help. Not even an apology is given, instead I am indirectly told to " Deal with it". I will not make the same mistake of returning yto this place and having to regret it after again.

Farmers Wrap is Awesome, Kid Friendly, Great Ice Cream. We have been eating here since they opened and have been consistently impressed with the food and service. Never had a bad meal here. We always bring out of town guests and friends here too. Great place for the kids to eat with fun and cool self serve seating arrangement and easy to go service usually ready in 10 minutes for pick up. Giant flat screen TV's to watch while you eat. Highly recommended.

Jewel in Glendale. What a hidden jewel in Glendale. Very Hip, Cool, Modern--21st-ish. You can enjoy simple and chick menu choices along with great desert choices. Great selection of salad, sandwiches and pizza---all in one place. Excellent service. Try it yourself.... We are going back there for sure.

Neighborhood Cafe. A short walk from my home, this cafe is welcome in a neighborhood that lacks late night spots other than fast food restaurants. However, the quality of the coffee is inconsistent - sometimes watery, sometimes too strong. The one time I had a slice cheesecake from the case, it tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for too long.

The atmosphere is definately not conducive for studying, but rather for get-togethers with a few friends.

There's a great magazine selection and free wireless for those who want to chill by themselves, and an outside patio for smokers.

The coldstone staff is friendly - perfect for the hot summer nights.

Great lunch place. I love this place for lunch-- great sandwiches! Also free wireless internet so get a coffee with your laptop and stick around. Crowds are sparse, I hope this place sticks around!

Europe in the HEART of Glendale. I came by here for coffee and discovered a European style cafe in Glendale. They have awesome breakfast. I had an awesome veggie omelete! They also have fresh bagels and croissants. I enjoyed my breakfast on the patio (on a sunny morning) and read the cool magazines they have. I'VE GOT TO GO BACK FOR THE LUNCH AND DINNER MENU ONE OF THESE DAYS.

Disappointing Service, Good Food. Hearing so much about it, so finally my wife and I pay a visit to the place. It was Saturday night, the place was overflowing with teenagers, acting like gangs. They were loud, rude, and made us quite uncomfortable. The service took forever and the staff was unattentive. We felt totally ignored. The food was good, I must say, but I will not go back.

Great food but.... the food here is great and the ice cream is even yummier, however if you go Fri-Sun nights, the parking lot is packed with wannabe gangster teens.

Great spot for a quick bite to eat with a friend on any weekday, but avoid the weekends!

Truly a Gem in Glendale. If you're looking for a new place to hang out, read your paper, surf the net, eat really delicious food...you gotta come here. I felt like I was in the middle of West Hollywood or Beverly Hills b/c of the ambience, except in this case the staff was super nice, welcoming and prompt. They really take care of you. Its such a great value too. The owner Melina is such a sweetheart! It doesn't hurt that there is a Coldstone right on site!!
