On Time - Professional and Great Deep Tissue

On time and totally professional. Even got a same day appointment - called like 3 hours in advance. This was honestly one of the best massages I've ever had as well. So many therapists I've had in the past have not been good at deep tissue, but she was very intuitive about where I needed the work. I would definitely recommend these guys.

LATE AND RUDE

We scheduled a massage at 6 pm and the therapist showed up at close to 7. What is worse is the company acted like it was no big deal -- even though we had to cancel our dinner plans. A receptionist offered us a $20 gift certificate to keep the massage and use it the next time, however, when we called to see if they would honor that promise they rescinded and said they could not honor. BAD BUSINESS. if you have HOURS to wait for a lukewarm massage and cold customer service, this may be your place -- otherwise, steer clear!!

They are a Godsend!

They are a godsend! This was the first time my husband and I had a massage with the company. I explained the physical problems I had and they recommended Matt to us. He was the best. We want to have him again in 3 weeks and we want to thank Go Massage for their professional service. Their company really has class.
