Great Pizza. They use good quality ingredents and it shows when you bite into a slice of their pizza. They serve a hand tossed crust that is on the thin side, but I wouldn't change a thing about it. I love ordering their gigantic pizzas for parties because the pizza delivery guy has to tip it side ways to get it in the door, great conversation piece! They have a very small out door seating area if you want to order by the slice (HUGEEE slice). The owners at this location are very hardworking and will do anything to satisfy their customers.

Mediocre pizza, horrible service. Had their pizza before, thought is was mediocre, but was convinced to order again. After placing the order and waiting an hour and a half I decided to call them back and see what the problem was. They said I had never ordered, and that they'd put one in then if I still wanted something from them. I didn't mind that too much because by then we'd decided it would have been better to get pizza from the far better Dino's, so it was a sort of relief.

Half an hour later we were eating some good pizza.

I wouldn't write a review if that was the end of the story. It's now a couple of weeks later and there's a charge on my credit card from Big Mama's & Papa's Pizzeria for the pizza they never made (and that I never signed for)! Now I have to waste even more time getting this resolved.

Good food & a good value. My wife and I just tried their pizza tonight, and we'll be going back. Even though we're normally thick crust people, we liked their thin (normal crust). They don't have a ton of parking, but that's about the trickiest part about them.

NOT AUTHENTIC but decent Pizza, Sandwiches, and Salads. The food is not half bad at Big Mama's, but don't expect anything authentically Italian or excellent service. The place is run by Armenians. Based on my experience the employees arn't very friendly or have good people skills. They have the attitude that you're bothering them by ordering food. Also they seem a little shady...I wouldn't trust them with my credit card or check number. So pay only with cash to help avoid identity theft!

Burnt pizza, extremely rude. I used to absolutely love to get a big slice at Mama's and Papas, but a couple of months ago I came in with friends because I wanted them to try it out. One of my friend's pizza was burnt. He asked to get another slice, they refused. He accepted that but then asked for some marinara sauce to dip it in because it was so dry... again, they refused.

I know this sounds completely unbelievable, but it happened. I was completely shocked by their poor customer service.

I guess in their eyes, the customer isn't right... too bad for them.

yummy. I tried to order pizza online which didnt work too well..so just picked up the phone and called (the old fashioned way). This was my first time ordering from Big Mama...it was really good...I will order again for sure.

Great Pizza. Some of the best pizza and pasta I've ever enjoyed. I cannot wait until dinner tonight. From now on, its Big Mama's!!
