In Short
True to its name, this small nook is literally tucked away in a strip mall. The amber room is industrial-elegant, with red booths, concrete floor and an exposed duct ceiling that feels more like a hidden dining destination than some strip mall joint. Solo diners and small groups convene at the communal table, while couples opt for the booths lining the wall. The menu features small plates like pan-roasted mussels with linguisa sausage (large enough for sharing), big plate selections such as organic chicken paillard with mashed potatoes and broccolini, and homemade soups and salads that use seasonal ingredients. For a sweet finish, the chocolate-banana bread pudding is a popular dessert.

If you have never been here, you must go. They have great items on the menu, but once you have been there 10 times you will be hoping for more options.

Nook is a nice neighborhood place that you can come and enjoy some decent food and good service. It's a little hard to find hidden in the corner but you'll be glad when you do. The desserts are gooooood.

It really is in a "nook." You would never expect to find such a great place where it's at. Food is great and the service was good. The group table in the middle of the restaurant is a little odd, but I guess that adds to the uniqueness of the restaurant.
