Renowned restaurateur Celestino Drago (Drago, Il Pastaio) has long prepared homemade baked goods for his own establishments, as well as other L.A. eateries and shops. Now, his 6,000-square-foot wholesale kitchen is open to the general public. Specializing in Italian breads like bestsellers ciabatta, foccacia and semolina, the bakery also features cakes, pies and pastries such as fruit danishes and biscotti. Made-daily pastas include raviolis stuffed with everything from mushrooms and ricotta to peas and prosciutto.
