Joe is Awesome!! Best Smog Test in the City

I mapped Joe' s Smog Check today and drove to his shop. Now, don't expect nice leather seats, with drinks and a cozy room. Joe ' s Smog Check is a small garage in North Hollywood just North of the 134 freeway. The main point is he did the job and he did it right! A+++

When I drove there, Joe (yes he is the owner) came out to my car and asked for my name. He already had a car in the garage but he asked me to come back in about 1/2 hour. It was lunch time, so I went to the local McDs 5 minutes away to pass the time.

I return to Joe's and within seconds, it was my turn and I was in and out in 20 minutes flat!!

I have smogged my car throughout the city and I have to say Joe is A NUMBER ONE!

Why?

1. Excellent Customer Service - He acknowledges his customers immediately (you're not just waiting and waiting - he WILL come out to your car to say hi and take your name.)

2. Small facility but clean and it's a smog test folks but there are some chairs to sit down with magazines and a TV to pass the time.

3. Low, Low, LOW price!!! Go to his website and print out a coupon before you go.

You know, I hate smog checks as well as most people do too. But Joe really makes this process easy and to the point. Kind of like seeing your dentist for your 6 month cleaning - you get on the chair, he cleans you, gives you some advice and BOOM you're outta there!!
