Empower offers a great service department. They were very nice and got to work on my car immediately. Everything looked and sounded great when i got the car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Was referred to Andy at MPower a year and a half ago and I'll never go anywhere else. Amazing customer service and wonderful work. Once they even charged me less than what was originally quoted because the labor took less time than they had thought!!! When does that ever happen?! They are very ethical and their prices are very reasonable (believe me, I shopped around). I STRONGLY suggest that you call them and find out for yourself how great they are.

(ask for Andy or Allen - they're my favorites there)

This is the way to buy a car!

Mpower couldn't have made this process any easier. They found out what was important to me, kept me informed of what was available through the auction, and took care of me like family. They guided me completely through the process, including all the paperwork and financing and even refunded an amount they accidentally overcharged on the registration weeks later (I would have never known about it!)

I ended up with a beautiful, pre-owned car that is like brand new and I love driving... and I paid less than wholesale!! The whole process took less than a week from the time I called them.

Andy and his team are awesome and I can't recommend them highly enough if you are looking for a great deal on a pre-owned vehicle with minimal headache and maximum value.

A very rare auto repair shop.

These guys are truly great businessmen and I would not trust my BMW 325 to anyone else. They're straight shooters, do great work, are completely honest and trustworthy, and are fairly priced, which is a rare combination of attributes for an auto repair shop. I expect to pay a little more for servicing because I own a BMW, but these guys make it a pleasure and ultimately, they're not that high in price... certainly a much better deal than going to the dealer. The first time I took my car in, there were things that they could have easily charged me for but instead investigated the possibility of it still being in warranty and sure enough, it was and that saved me over a thousand dollars. Another time, I sent my wife in to get some bulbs replaced and they dropped everything, did it on the spot and refused to accept payment for it. Way above and beyond the standard practice of auto shops, but these are the kind of people that I'm grateful to have found and they have earned my complete loyalty. Hence this glowing review! I hope they stay in business forever :)

• Cons: I have not experienced any cons in my dealings so far.

Honest

M POWER is a great place to take your car. They are honest, which is rare in the auto serivice business. I had a great experience taking my BMW there and would reccomend it HIGHLY to anyone.
