Piece of Mind. I live out of state and my mother is getting on and can not longer keep up with cleaning her home. Mission Maids do a great job, make her feel comfortable and I can vary the cleanings based on what she needs. Plus they can bill my credit card and they always send me an invoice after each trip. I also like the fact that she gets the same people each trip and they speak good English.

Flexible, wide service area, good service. We live far out in Malibu, we have trouble finding a service that was willing to drive out to our home. Mission Maids covered our area and actually have several customers in our neighborhood. They were on time, fast and efficient. I like the fact that we get the same crew each time and we can vary what we want on each visit. The service is consistently excellent.

Fast Response. I sent an email and got a call back within 5 minutes requesting service the same day. They were out in a few hours and were able to call me when they were on their way to give me an exact arrival time which was really helpful since I was running a bunch of errands on my day off. They did a great job and actually completed the cleaning in less time than was estimated so it cost less than the initial quote.

Mission Maids. I had Mission Maids come in and do a very thorough cleaning before I had my in-laws in town for the weekend. I was impressed with how well they did in just a couple hours and I definitely got good-wife-points from my mother-in-law! Very hard to do! I loved that Mission Maids showed up on time and only took a couple hours to get my WHOLE house spic and span! And they even got the stain out of the carpet near the door due to muddy boots. This is one of the few times I've hired a cleaning service, but next time I think I'll skip the stress and just call mission!

Post Construction Cleaning. We had our home remodeled, the contractor did do a light clean, but there was dust everywhere. We hired Mission Maids based on a friend's recommendation. They were very thorough and got in all the nooks and crannies, inside all the cabinets, baseboards, window tracks, moldings etc. We wanted it done in one day since we were moving back in the following day, they were able to send a crew of 5 first thing on they day we needed and finished with plenty of time to spare. Thanks!

Reliable good workers. I have used them off and on for a number of years. I can call the day before and they can get me in the next day. I like the fact that they are able to call me when they are on there way to give me an exact start time. It allows me to go to work, pop back to let them in and go back to work. That way I can have my weekends free. They provide all their own cleaning products and they always do a thorough job. Recommended.

Awesome Service. I needed an appointment on Sunday morning, we were having a superbowl party and our other cleaning service flaked cancelling their appointment at the last minute on Sat afternoon. I called around and Mission Maids was the only company willing to come out and clean. They arrived on time with all their gear and got straight to work. The maids did a great job, our home hasn't looked better in years. They also came back on Monday morning to clean after the party. We have now switched companies and will be using them for our bi weekly service.

Excellent, on time and detailed orientated. Called for same day service, they were the only company that could have a crew come out that afternoon. Also there rates with the introductory discount were less than the other places I called. They were on time and did a great job. I have already recommended them to a friend and I heard that they did a great for her too.

Spotless!. I called Mission Maids to have them clean my house. They did a great job cleaning every room in my house and it looked spotless! I've used Mission Maids a few times now and every time they clean my house, I've always been happy with the outcome. I would recommend Mission Maids to anyone looking for housecleaning!

Too Slow and DID NOT USE GREEN PRODUCTS.
We used a Groupon to bring Mission Maids to our home. The first thing the two women did when they arrived was to tell me they were starting work at 9:15 and they had 2 hours. This was before seeing the house or discussing the work. I knew they would be clock watchers.
I told them I wanted to have the bathrooms cleaned, the kitchen cleaned and if they had more time to mop the floors. I have 4 bathrooms. They immediately said they didn't think they could finish the bathrooms in that time. they barely did.
2 hours...2 people and they managed to clean 2 bathrooms. We've had house cleaners before and 1 person usually can manage 4 bathrooms in 1 hour.
Halfway through the job I asked them about the products they were using. I noticed a lysol spray can. We only ordered the Groupon because we wanted GREEN PRODUCTS ONLY. NO chemicals. We do not use these other products in our house. The women showed me the Lysol, Comet, Windex that they were using. NOT GREEN. I almost threw them out but figured they might as well finish.
I sent an email to complain to them but received no response. I normally don't like to issue public complaints because my goal is not to hurt a business. Any experience can be bad one time, but when they don't respond it shows they don't care what people thing. No effort to try and maintain any level of customer service.
