AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I was impressed with Shirley when she came to my place to give me an estimate for painting my condo. She seemed professional and personable. She told me that I'd receive an estimate within a few days, however, I NEVER RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE and never heard from her again.

Like I said, she seemed professional and nice, so I took a chance and recommended her to my girlfriend who needed to have her entire house painted. Big mistake. "On Time Painting" was definitely NOT on time. How late were they? The job should have been completed in a week or two. It took several months. They were very inexperienced with faux looks, as well.

I just don't understand this lack of professionalism. There are plenty of competitors who will (1) do great work and (2) get the job done "on time." I'm surprised she's still in business.

I was so embarrassed for recommending her to my girlfriend. I would NEVER recommend "On Time Painting" to anyone.

Worst Company to Deal With!

They are definately on time, but that is about it! They worked very hard in my bathroom and it looks nice. I asked to do our 2 niches in the front-did a terrible job!! I asked for a faux leather look, instead I got a dark pink paint that looks like it's moudling!! She came to my house after I called her several of times and DID NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!! She just left it as since her visit February 26 2008!! Today is April 29 2008!!

I would not recommend this company to any one !! I found a great company now that I am very happy with they did a great job on my house,

They are a terrible company to deal with!

Not Totally Happy

I hired Shirley to do a last-minute dry-wall and plaster/paint job during my kitchen remodel. She was prompt and friendly and very helpful in enabling my project to continue. Since then, however, it's taken over a year to resolve some outstanding issues.

The first problem is that I was overcharged on my last payment and still don't know why. The second is that I'm still waiting for touch-up work to be done that is usually part of the regular service. Also, the worker who performed the job trashed a brand-new box fan which has yet to be replaced as promised.

These issues are part and parcel of a major renovation, but even after several months of periodic phone calls none of them were resolved. I sent Shirley a letter on Sept. 15, 2007 regarding theses issues, and her office assistant assured me Shirley would contact me soon. I'm still waiting.

In addition, the worker left behind a huge mound of trash which I (eight months pregnant at the time) had to clean up myself. He also left two whole sheets of drywall out in the rain - did I pay for those? I don't think I'll ever know.
