Not worth your time. There was no one in the place and there were 3 people behind the front desk. The staff could not have been ruder or more disinterested. It was very uncomfortable. The technician that explained the procedure was less than knowledgable and didn't even look at my skin to make an educated suggestion of what would be best. A complete waste of my time, there are better places that are more service oriented, with much less attitude.

Great service!. I would recommend going here; the staff was friendly, services reasonably priced, and the technitions really listen to your needs.

Great Customer Service. I have this thing about customer service and the smallest gestures can make my day.

My last visit to Kalologie Skincare made me feel so amazing, I received my service which was very much needed. I looked and felt great, no redness, just relaxed and glowing.

As I was checking out to go on my way the girls at the front knew my name my treatment and the product I most likely should take home. That meant to me that my service was complete, My esthetician spoke highly of my needs and the girls followed through and made sure I was taken care of with the best skincare. I love that!

A place to call my Spa, my esthetician and quality service to go with the rest!!!!

Reasonable All-Around. Wow?From the first time I set foot in Kalologie on Robertson I was struck by how helpful, savvy, and just plain smart the gals who work there are. Not only does Kalologie have an enviable selection of the best skincare products the industry has to offer, but the manager Martina is supremely engaging and, when need be, frank. The whole staff was very warm and charming--not exactly traits that are easy to find in most shops on Robertson Boulevard. I felt totally attended to from my consultation, all the way through my laser hair removal series. (They offer free touch-ups for three years after you complete a series of six treatments?I haven?t shaved my legs in months!) I would highly recommend Kalologie to anyone who wants to work with the best to keep themselves well-maintained.

Tip: When I first called in to book my consultation, they told me not to mapquest the address (apparently the street numbers on Robertson repeat). I should have listened, because it really will send you to the wrong place. You can mapquest the intersection of Third Street and Robertson to get you in the right area if, like me, you?re not very familiar with the area. Also, they only have three treatment rooms and they?re always booked back to back, so they won?t be able to take you if you roll in late. I learned that the hard way, but they?re so good at what they do, I don?t mind leaving a few minutes early to get there.

The bottom line is, the folks at Kalologie are fair, professional, and they know what they?re doing?period.

Lack of customer service. I have been going to Kalologie skincare for a year. I had many facials done and other treatments as well. I have always enjoyed my visits and the staff is great. Unfortunately, the manager doesn't understand the true value of customer service. On my last appointment I was 10/15 minutes late because of traffic, off course. So, I called ahead of time to tell them and see what they could do for me. The manager wasn't helpful at all. She said that I would have to reschedule my appointment for another day. I explained that I had to work on the following days, and I was willing to wait as long as necessary to still have my procedure on the same day. I was really disappointed, my procedure wouldn't take more than 5 minutes, how come they couldn't accomodate me on the same day?

I work in customer service and my company, including myself, go out of our ways to make our customers happy. I just expected the same from my skincare spa. In a city like LA, any clinic should have at least a policy of "10 minutes late" tolerance. Specially, since I had to wait before for one of my treatments around 10 minutes. I felt that I wasn't appreciated as a customer.

Simply Amazing Experience!. I had found this place on a google search. The prices are resonable and the choice of services are great. I booked a Custom Kalalologie facial with Jessica...this was the BEST FACIAL EVER. She aggressivly treated my recent skin problems but I felt as if I was getting a facial in a hotel in Hawaii or somewhere like that...she did a ton of massage on my arms and hands while the enzymes(?) and steam did some work, and I got a head neck and shoulder massage before she wrapped up the treatment. She has found the perfect balance in her facials...relaxation and repair. My skin still looks great and it has been over a week since I was in! I will never go anywhere else or to anyone else.

I loved the facial. I hate how sterile the room is. It looks like a doctor's office, but I want to say Sarah is the best esthetician ever. She gave an awesome massage and she understood my skin problems and she did the best extractions I have ever received. I was very impressed.

Wow!. These people have two locations. I just moved to the other end of the SFV, and found that the Thousand Oaks locatin is closer to me, so I went out for a chemical peel.

The girl helping me was very nice, calm and helpful. It was a great treatment, that really gave me great looking skin, but was also relaxing. The staff was really knowledgable, and I will def. be considering buying a package of treatments. This place is a GREAT deal. They know their stuff and have a lot of good information.

A real find!. I read about Kalologie in Daily Candy, and I the article described them perfectly. Finally, a skin care place that really understands skin. The employees were friendly and knew what they are talking about (unlike department store clerks). I went in for a facial (Jamie is wonderful) and came out fully informed about all the medical procedures they offer as well. I will definitely be back!

Kalologie Peel. This is the best treament I've ever had! It left my face looking ten years younger. Anyone looking to make thier skin looks softer as well as improve the tone should try this treatment.
