In Short – Tight quarters and plain decor accommodate mostly takeout orders, but there are a few counter seats and outdoor tables. Chefs steer clear of lard and MSG in their farmers' market-fresh fare. The house specialty is free-range roasted chicken wihth a choice of coconut, citrus or Indian-spiced marinade. Dover sole is prepared with cilantro and coconut, and pork spare ribs are slathered with homemade barbecue sauce. Daily side dishes include mashed sweet potatoes, cheesy polenta and mixed field greens.

Amazing Food!

I never knew that "healthy" food could be so delicious. I've had a few of their salads and i've had the fish too. Love love love the food. there's no where to sit outside but its nice to sit outside and people watch. thai chicken salad is awesome.

- Cons: a little pricier then what you would expect...but the quality makes it worth it.

Best Steak Ever!!!

I have to agree: This place is small, but super big on taste! I have to say their Nebraskan Steak is probably the best steak i've ever tasted. I've practically told the whole world about it. It's just spiced and cooked to perfection. Their homemade desserts are amazing and their refreshments are all new to me (still tastey), since I love trying things new. A lot of things arent in the menu so it deserves a stop over. Everything I've tried from them has always turn out go be great. I'm not a salad eater, but I've tried their Ceasar (homemade dressing btw) and it was excellent! Would love for them to Cater my wedding... whenever that may be....
- Pros: Everything! Try the steak and shrimps are awesome too!
- Cons: Used to be parking (blame Culver City), but it has gotten better lately

Good Option in Culver City

I really want to give them 5 stars, as I've been coming here for almost 2 years now. The food is very good, it is freshly prepared, and the staff is amiable. However, there are some downsides. 1) While they claim to be open on Saturdays, they are often closed due to catering gigs elsewhere. I have been disappointed on many a Saturday after having driven 20 minutes to get there. Call ahead! 2) They are closed on Sunday. 3) They close at around 8:15pm on weekdays - which makes it very difficult to enjoy them during the week. They have a great concept, great food, and they could be VERY successful - but the business hours keep me away. Sorry!

Great flavorful, healthy and inexpensive find!

My BF and I have been meaning to try this place for months since we past it on the street one day. Just tried it tonight and we're so happy we finally did! Excellent quality food (LOTS of flavor), great menu selections, organic/healthy offerings, nice staff, and cheap to boot...exactly our kind of place. We had the coconut kafir lime chicken, lemongrass shrimp, and plantains - all yummy and pleasing to our sophisticated palettes.
- Pros: Great menu selections and flavors, healthy, inexpensive
- Cons: More seating, but not too worried about this
