A waste of money , It is not worthy to check it out

I went to this place last weekend on saturday , I really wanted to meet the place I heard they place great tecno and house music , well I spent $ 25 to get in , I bought my ticket online so It could have been worst at the door, a ridiculous $ 20 dlls to park at the parking and $ 9 dlls

beer bottle . I had a bad feeleing before I got in eventhought

no under 21 were allowed ,most of the people going in were guys on little packs of 5 or 8 with no girls with them .

inside you could see gilrs but with all this little gangs inside they did not last too long on the flor dancing before they were harrased by these drunked gangs. The worst thing is that it is a tecno place where you could dance wherevere you want but . like I said all this gangs inside are crossing the dance floor all the time bugging everyone who really wants to dance . so expect a lot of pushing from guys who are not even dancing ! I sat on a couch to rest for a bitt when I felt a wet sit , thinking it was wather or soda just to realize later that it was vomit by the smell , Ok so I wanted to enjoy the DJ from Europe , two young assian dj were playing all the night before him which by the way sucked , and without a presentation the invited DJ started playing just like that, none said this is the guy you came to see nothing at all. I got to say He was the only thing good that happened his music was great , but I had to stand next to the wall to be able to appreciate the music without being pushed all night . and the place was not full it is just that , the gangs looking for girls are just walking all over the dance floor . I would say 1 girl for every 7 guys , expensive, the place is not even nice inside , the crow just a few are tecno oriented people all others are pretending . obviously tecno people dance on the floor they don't spend all night walking like creazy from one place to the other.

In resume If you really want to have a good time , this is not the place, they play tecno music but that is all it is.

pd. bar tenders feel ;like they are gods inside screwing everyone with costly drinks , they are not polite just a bounch loser serving alcohol . go somewhere else!!!

My Favorite Club of All Time

let me start off by saying I LOVE THE VANGUARD!!! . I read some of the other reviews and they're dumb. OF COURSE you're going to have drunk people spilling their drinks al over the place. OF COURSE there's gonna be hot girl drama. OF COURSE there will be a long line and OF COURSE the drinks are going to be expensive.OF COURSE the cover charge is ridiculous..........IT'S HOLLYWOOD PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND IT'S A CLUB NONETHELESS! AND THIS IS WHAT NIGHTLIFE IS ALL ABOUT!!!!...male posturing, female peacocks preening their feathers showing off for the males...etc. etc, inebriated fools, rude people, and general craziness. There are TONS of hot guys there, a large population of Armenian/Middle-Eastern guys," They play the hottest house you will ever hear. If you don't like house, DON'T GO.k? Let me make it that simple. . There are SO many people and so much eye candy you should be able to find at least ONE person who catches your eye! And it's not all middle-eastern guys , there's a good mix of the hottest of LA's young crowd, cool black guys, cool white guys...etc. There's a beautiful outdoor patio you can chill on outside to get a breath of fresh air from the club. .... if you wanna go ..Get your ticket online before you go at vanguardla.co m It will save you about $10 vs. paying at the door. NOt only that, but you're guaranteed to get in if you get it online. Don't go if u don't have money. EVERYTHING is expensive, from the coat check, to the lady in the bathroom you have to give tips to if you want even a mint, to the cover charge ($25-65), and of course the drinks....ALSO...one other thing it is LA, and there is a large amount of people here that are on E, or some kind of drug.Just watch out for them. It's not like a regular clubwhere everyon'es just drunk. No I'd say about %50 of the crowd is on dru g s. I know. I've been there many times.Just a heads up! Other than that, it is truly my most favorite club ever.

• Pros: HUGE, 2 separate rooms , great House music, hotties, outside patio, HOLLYWOOD!, everyone dances
• Cons: lots of people on E/drugs, $$$ cover charge, $50 minimum on credit cards at the bar, snobby people, a few raver kids here and there on E doing light shows,
