RE:Fresh is always great - I never have to wait to make an appt. and the service is excellent. The Cleanse Facials are wonderful (ask for Jan - she's not too chatty but makes a little small talk to put you at ease). I also get my eyebrows done by her and she does a great job. Great no nonsense facial and eyebrow place - good place to go if you have a facial regimen you want to do maintain but don't want to spend a fortune.
Pros: Affordable and high quality services, no frills but excellent service
Cons: Non - my facial place of choice!

I've had a several excellent massages here. The staff are friendly and the Lakeshore Towers location is convenient. Being able to use the fitness club facilities locker room facilities - sauna, steam and whirlpools is a plus. Refresh is located inside the big 24 Hour Fitness - so you can't see it from the street. There is also free parking available if you get your parking ticket validated.
Pros: Friendly staff, convenient location, validated parking
Cons: none - good basic spa environment - adequate not fancy
