great service. i wanna spread the word of how good they are in their line of work... i've been battling my acne problems eversince i can remember..and i found this clinic while i was doing my research via the net.. i can't tell you how hesitant i was to come in.. when i first stepped in the clinic, i felt such a relief... it was kevin who spoke to me and entertained me... (good customer service by the way..) then i did my check up with dianne.. she gave me all the possible choices i can make in regards to my acne problems.. she didn't pressure me at all and she explained everything to me..

upon starting my treatment, i had all this breakout on my face that i even left my job because i was too embarrased of my face.. i was about to give up.. i would cry a lot of times and i didn't even wanna come in for my appointments anymore thinking that all was a scam and that they were not really treating my skin problems.. but Lori was so nice.. she would contact me even afterwork hours, send me emails and that would make me feel better and i continued with the treatments.. when i come in the clinic, she would give me a hug and will say "i hope you feel better.." i know i wasn't, but with lori's encouragement i went on with my treatment and got the result that i wanted.. now, i get complements of how my skin gets better...

you know when you're a patient, every simple thing that the staff does to you makes a great impact especially during those rough moments.. celibre medical has given me excellent patient care and the best customer service ever.. what i've always like with them is they treat you as their family... everybody is so nice, especially lori and kevin... you won't go wrong with celibre medical..:)…

Great customer service. I have enjoyed my experience with Celibre. The customer is great. I get appointment times that are convenient and work with my schedule. The nurses I have worked with are pleasant and help make the experience there more comfortable.…

MONEY ABOVE ALL ELSE. WORST PLACE EVER AND SUPER EXPENSIVE I BOUGHT ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS CAUSED ME AN ALLERGIC REACTION WENT BACK TO THEM AND THEY DIDNT CARE AND DIDNT WHANT TO REFUND MY MONEY.KEEP IN MIND THAT I LITERALLY SPENT THOUSANDS HERE,BUT THEY PREFFERED TO LOSE A CUSTOMER OVER A COUPLE OF HUNDRED DOLLARS, THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. YOU HAVE TO BE WHITE TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT NO MINORITIES ALLOWED HERE. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND SEARCH THE INTERNET FOR A PLACE THAT PUTS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OVER MONEY.…

Laser Treatments. I must say that my experience at Celibre has been great. My Laser hair Removal Treatments have been miraculous for me. My skin is looking smooth and defined. It feels great. I feel like they have taking ten years off of my face. The staff is wonderful, attentive and gracious, and my tecnician is fabulous!!!
