In Short – Following the layout of its infamous predecessor, patrons enter into the covered smoking patio, which now features scenes of country life depicting the club's namesake region of Spain. Further back, the main room is a study in dangling chandeliers and crushed wallpaper, its emaciated gyrating dancers replaced by burlesque beauties. An adjacent dining room serves California cuisine and tapas, later transforming into a beat-heavy dance space and bottle service playground.
When it is openning up again?
by Janelle15
i wonder when this place will open up again because i loved going on a sunday night! the dancers behind the glass make it exciting!
Not what I expected...it could have been A LOT better

The club was not at all what I expected. I expected to see a lot of classy people. I was actually a little intimidated before going because I don't consider myself your typical hollywood person. I don't recomend the club based on my first experience. However, I give it 2 stars instead of one because my friend told me that it is not always like that.
- Pros: the drinks were pretty good
- Cons: Music, crowd (at the time), and no space to dance
please don't waste your time

My friend and I went to this club last saturday although we read the reviews we thought maybe it wouldn't be so bad. BOY WAS WE WRONG, EVERY NEGATIVE THING YOU READ ON HERE IS TRUE. We get there early and there was no line, we had no problem getting in, the bouncer was very nice. As we get in we order some drinks. The bartender was so rude, she was stuck-up, raci** & just a B****. I have never been so discriminated in my life. Then she makes us these nasty F***ing drinks. There was about 4 guys none of them which were attractive & maybe 12 girls. When we realized that there was nobody outside waiting in line. We both decided that this club wasnt going to get any better & just decided to cut our loss (since it cost $40 to get in) and go to another club.
[ However when we made it outside to leave we asked ppl walking by if they knew a good club & this girl told us across the street next to the parking lot there is a club & its good. After waiting in line for 30 mins we get into the club & we had so much fun (so i would highly recommend that club). ] BUT PLEASE DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY ON THIS CLUB, IF YOU LIKE A DIVERSE GROUP OF PEOPLE U WILL NOT FIND IT HERE SO DO NOT GO. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
- Pros: Nothing....
- Cons: terrible service, over priced drinks & parking
The Details on Basque
Know Before You Go:
Guest list is key for entry, though scantily clad women can likely bypass that route. Guys should be prepared to shell out cash for bottle service, or make early dinner reservations.
Parking:
Valet is available directly outside the club on the northwest corner of Hollywood and Vine for varying nightly fees, but it can take awhile to get your car. Consider one of the alternate, non-stacked neighborhood lots.
