In Short
A disciple of both European culinary masters and "living food" advocate Juliano, chef Rod Rotondi is all about green, from his eatery's verdant decor to its homemade guacamole. Mediterranean-accented fare--served on orange ceramic dishware--includes hummus with flax seed crackers and gingered seaweed salad. Collard wraps are filled with sprouts and dehydrated veggie-nut-seed-herb "croquettes"; varieties range from falafel and mock tuna to lentil with coconut-curry sauce. For dessert: strawberry cashew "mousse" and non-baked brownies.

A good place to get a wrap or salad. Many options to choose from. The menu is a bit pricy but when you know you are paying for organic quality food it's worth it. The smoothies and desserts are too date-y for me. Service a bit slow when it came to bussing the dirty tables around us. Would return many times!
