Awesome!. I have been going to Starr House for about two years now and cannot imagine going anywhere else. Jenniffer is my stylist and is great! If I want something different, she listens to what I want and lets me know if it will work or not. Karen, the owner, is super friendly and cares about the experience the clients are having. If you go on a Saturday, you will be treated to baked goodies and a glass of bubbly! What a way to start your weekend!!!

The best of the best!. I can't tell you how much I love going to this salon, the staff are so amazing, friendly and talented. I can say all of the other salons I have been to don't offer their hospitality! And an added bonus, at the weekend you get a mimosa and a freshly baked pastry! I have had a few stylists, my regular gal had a baby so I tried someone else... equally great! Never leaving this gem!

Iwona is great for color and cuts!. I searched out a new salon in the area a few years ago and landed upon Starr House and Iwona. Iwona is great with color/highlights as well as does an amazing hair cut. She gives you her full attention and is very professional. The owner, Karen, is great to her clients and has treats on Saturdays as well as mimosas!

Wonderful experience all the way around!!!!. I needed a color and cut ASAP ...I was able to get a appointment with the Norma the same day.

She was wonderful...she colored my long straight hair and made it look amazing...She took much care in styling it and in the cut..

Norma was awesome quite possibly the best color I have ever had ....

She is talented and kind!!

Never been so excited and happy about a Salon!. Starr House is the BEST!!! I love the place! Renee is awseome! He does not rush you or anything, he does everything possible for your hair to be top notch! He views hair is an art work. He really loves being a hair stylist and it shows that he is passionate for this. He is friendly, kind and very likable. Other salons I went to sucked, but I gave Renee a chance and I am glad I did. I know where to go now when I need my hair to get done.

Starr House..You'll love it!.. I went to Starr House Salon and Albert did my hair. I didn't know what i wanted, so he made some suggestions. My hair turned out great. It was different, yet it fit my style perfectly! Thanks Albert. You're great! This salon is the best, and i would recommend it to anyone! :)

Perfect Salon!! You'll love it!!. My friend and I were staying at the Langham Pasadena to attend a Gala and made an appointment at the Starr Salon without ever having heard of it. The website was helpful and the pricing was the best I could find in Pasadena.

We were so happy when we left the salon!

Albert did my hair, which turned out great. He listenned to what I wanted, was friendly and thoughtful. The general vibe in the salon was relaxed and friendly. Owner Karen went above and beyond to help us out.

I would be converted to their Salon if I lived in town.

Lora is an excellent manicurist!!!. Lora is an excellent manicurist! Lora, has been doing my nails for 20 years. Her work is perfection, she is a professional, and no one suspects I have acrylic nails. Ever. My nails and the skin around them have always stayed healthy. Her pedicures are excellent. Lora is a lovely, caring person with a calm demeanor who takes pride in her work, and the owner, Karen Milne, the stylists, and staff are focused on providing excellent customer service in a pleasing environment and positive atmosphere.

Best Hair Salon I've ever been to..... I had really good experience at Starr House from scheduling my appoitment to final results. I saw Iwona for highlights and haircut , she really listened to me and she did a wonderfull job , I loved the way she blew out my hair at the end she made me look fab...( it looks great even when I do it and I'm not that kind of person who spends time on hair)The salon is nice, very stylish, staff is very nice. I'm definetly comming back!!!
