Excellent in their Field. We have hired HVI on multiple occasions. We are in the business of high priced items and at times have trouble collecting. Eric has been helpful at collecting for us 100% of the time.

Our last item recovered was shipped to a client and our shipping department forgot to include a Suite # on the shipping label. Fedex indicated that our item was signed for by the security officer at the receiving dock. Since this was out of state we had to call the Security office and question the officer who signed. He claimed he never received nor signed for anything. After numerous conversations, we realized we were not going to be successful in retrieving our package. Usually in a situation like this the package is long gone, and the item is sold never to be found. The package contained an item worth several thousand dollars. We figured it was still worth asking Eric to see if he could help. Eric was able to track our package. Some how our package went from its destination in Denver to Tennessee. We realized it was most likely going to be sold if not for Eric's quick action. He successfully convinced the security guard to reveal the location of the package and have the package returned. This was all done in less than 48 hrs.

I trust Eric for all our collections and investigation needs.

Response to Bad Review. David was a client who hired us on a case which we can not go into detail on due to confidentiality. After we started the case we found out that not only had David lied to us regarding the nature of his case, what he was asking us to do was illegal. As soon as this information came to light, we ceased all work on his case.

We took this with the notion David E. told us he was an attorney and that he knows the law and will not do anything immoral or illegal with the information we give him. When we found out that his intention was to steal his ex's vehicle, I had the case stopped and closed.

I asked David to prove to me that the vehicle was his and then we would re open the case and would help retrieve his vehicle at no cost but David was unable to show the car belonged to him.

I never yelled or cursed at David during our conversation. I am a professional who has been doing this for many years and take pride in the morals my company has followed for over 10 years.

After David numerous threats to sue me and come to my office and cause bodily harm to me I had to do my own background on him and all I can say is WOW, the truth was that David was an attorney but for misconduct was unable to practice law besides multiple felonies on his record as well.

Great Work. We have hired Eric from Hover View Investigation on several occasions. They have been incredibly professional and reputable. I hired them to investigate potential new employees. I am glad that I did, Eric found information that greatly affected our hiring decisions.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. They failed to follow the person I assigned them to follow despite having 2 investigators and charging me almost $1200. Further, I was told that one of their officers/investigators approached one of the people they were to be following and asked if the car he was in belonged to him. What private investigator makes contact with the person to be investigated thereby tipping them off and making them aware that they are under surveillance? Look elsewhere for a private investigation firm.

Excellent Private Detective Services. I know of several people who have used Hover View's services. Everybody is amazed at how well they can track people down or find information on anybody. They are the best in the business. Call and ask for Eric. He is THE man.
