Great deep tissue massages.. Friendly service, an incredible massage, and an experience that definitely left me happy and satisfied. I recommend this place to anybody looking for a really good massage.

Great Massage, relaxing and deep. I highly recommend Relax Spa. I moved to Burbank a few months ago and have been looking for a place that could provide deep and relaxing massage; especially on my neck and shoulders which get very tense from lots of work at the computer. Relax Spa, while a "spa", has a relaxed environment that I don't feel uncomfortable going into as a man.

The staff are able to give both a deep and relaxing massage at a reasonable rate. Well worth the money.

A peaceful, tranquil oasis once you get through the door.. I visited Relax Spa the day before my wedding. I had booked a facial and a massage. Needless to say, I was a little tightly-wound! From the moment I stepped in through the front door, I felt calmer, and relaxed. The atmosphere is amazing. It is a small area, but everything has been put on display with the utmost care. I was offered cool water with lemon and cucumber, and relaxed on the comfortable couch while I filled out my forms and waited for my appointment. The decor is tasteful and they do not try to cram as much as they can into the space, rather, just the essentials are displayed. The facial I received was wonderful - Traci took time and care not to upset my skin, but rather cleanse it and rejuvenate it, leaving it hydrated and amazing-looking for my photos. The treatment room was quiet and peaceful. I then had my Swedish/Deep Tissue massage. My masseuse was really well-trained and perceptive - she worked with me to get to the knots and tension, instead of trying to force it out of me. She was respectful and asked a lot of questions to find out what technique would work best for me, and if I had any physical problems that might be exacerbated by massage. Very complete. Afterwards, I was allowed to get dressed and up and about at my own pace - I wasn't rushed out for the next client. Traci recommended some other skin care products for a particular condition I had, but did not push me to buy them. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, well-priced, with staff that are very much service-oriented and friendly. I love it there!!

A hidden gem in Burbank. Being a self proclaimed spa-addict, I have been to spa resorts and retreats from coast to coast and beyond. But Relax Spa is what I would call my second home. I live locally and still need my monthly fix of facials and waxing. One of the main reasons I go here time and time again are my eyebrows. Go figure...For years I've been battling with the wily eyebrow hairs and I found through word-of mouth that Traci, the owner, who not only does a phenomenal job with my facials but she was the one who has conquered the art of eyebrow shaping. The ambiance at Relax Spa is tranquil and friendly. Traci and her staff has always provided me with quality service at a very fair price, where they actually use excellent products that I religiously use to this day! I would recommend this place to anyone who is in search of a mini spa vacation even if it's for 30 mins. Enjoy and RELAX

Ah-mazing!. I have been a client of Tracy's for well over a year and I couldn't be happier that I found this little spot in Burbank. I've visited four other spas in LA and the OC, which include two in Beverly Hills as well as Burke Williams; however Relax Spa is far superior to any other location. I have had problem skin for years, and make-up had become an absolute necessity just to leave the house. Now I wake up and am ready to walk out the door with nothing but moisturizer and mascara; my skin looks that good.

Some find it small, but I think the intimacy this spa provides is a luxury that can?t be bought. The staff?s friendly, attentive, and the products they use are natural. I recently had a Pumpkin facial which was delicious in so many different levels, and my skin looked amazing. They're currently having a special for the fall on Sundays on this particular treatment. With it you get a paraffin hand dip, neck massage, and your choice of foot or hand massage - all for $80!

Best Massage I've Had! Nice Folks!. I went here completely based on the reviews (15 at the time) that were pretty much all positive. My neck and shoulders were really sore from using computers, so I got the Swedish Massage with Pressure Points. Atmosphere was cozy, small, and quaint. The bathroom smelled so delicious (not kidding) I could have gotten my massage in there! I actually bought the candle they had burning in it! Cynthia gave me the best massage (I?ve had massages at a bunch of places, but this was by far the best, better than the more expensive ones I?ve had at Burke Williams!). If you want a nice, clean place that?s reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend this place! I will be going back every month!

Small yet Delightful.. It was my first massage and boy was it amazing. I am so glad I found the Relax Spa & Beauty Lounge. The atmosphere was simple yet relaxing with clean lines, waterfalls and candles. The staff was all friendly and welcoming. It was absolutely wonderful and I can't wait to go back.

I LOVE this place!!!. Every time I go to Relax Spa, I feel so welcomed. The atmosphere is inviting and warm, I feel like im truely in the hands of professionals, and that I can truley relax. The aroma is clean and fresh, and the lights dim. If you really want to get away and feel RELAXed, this is the place for you.

Forget your worries & relax!!!!!!!!!!. Soothing sounds of gentle waterfalls, the smell of eucalyptus & mint in the air & outstanding (non-pretentious) customer service. I have been a guest at RELAX SPA for more than a year & never thought to do a review until now. Not only do you begin to feel at ease moments after stepping into what feels like a getaway, you are also greeted warmly by the staff. The European Facial is my favorite and although I have sensitive skin (including eczema), I am watched carefully & treated with non-irritating gels/creams. My face has never looked better since seeing Tracy (owner & specialist). I constantly get compliments & I know it is due to her help & great products.

As far as the noise level, I have been going for over a year and never had a problem... all I hear are soothing sounds similiar to waterfalls & gentle new-agey music. Any conversations are kept very low to the point that I rarely notice. I truly can't say enough about this wonderful environment.

DO NOT GO HERE.. This is a store front "spa" with very little ambiance. You can easily hear the cars roaring by on busy Hollywood Way. The people are not friendly and you can hear the employee's talking while having your services. There are bells on the front door - so anytime someone enters or leaves you can hear the loud bells which is not something I enjoyed during my spa treatment. There are many wonderful Spa's in Los Angeles and the Valley - so please try one of those and do not go here.
