Been getting facials here for 2 years now. Every time I go, it's amazing. Great personal treatment tailored to your needs. The results are undeniable, but even better is how comfortable I feel going there, cause spas can be awkward for guys, but I see guys here all the time. Best. Place. Ever.

Tatiana is AMAZING!!!!!!!. I had and AMAZING experience . My facialist, Tatiana , is amazing. I highly recommend her. She's helped my skin so much and she's very sweet! I can feel that she wants my acne-prone skin to look better. She actually cares! And she's very kind! The prices are reasonable and in my experience, there was no pressure to purchase any of their products. Actually I can feel the difference in my face before and after, definitely!! It was a big change, my face appears with an uniform tone and no imperfections (I took the European facial + microdermabrasion) and soft, soft and soft. The goods points: quality, clearness, affordable prices and experimented esthetician Tatiana . What else can I ask for?? I am becoming in a huge fan

don't confuse with "So Relaxed Spa" in Burbank. Warning: Relax Spa is a wonderful place with great service. Do not confuse this with the other one of similar name "So Relaxed Spa", also in Burbank because if you do, you may have a less than pleasant experience.

Great Facials- Try the GREEN TEA PEEL for serious problems. I have been going to Relax for a while now and I think Tracy is the best there is. This past week I decided to try the Express Green Tea Peel to deal with some cystic acne around my jawline. Firstly, when I went in I was prepared to go for the full Green Tea Peel (not the express) which is easily double the price. After looking at my skin Tracy suggested just doing the express. It is this kind of honesty and care for what's best for my skin that keeps me going back to Relax.

SO, we did the peel and I have to say it is fairly painful. This is not something to do if you are looking to have a relaxing experience. BUT if you are looking for REAL results- it is worth the pain. I had 2 days of extreme tenderness and redness on my face, then 2 days of peeling and by day 5 my skin was so beautiful. It is just glowing and SO SOFT and the acne along my jawline is almost entirely gone.

Yay for Green Tea Peels...will be doing it again in a few months to get this perfect glow again.

i wish they carried more usa handmade products.

i just moved here from palm springs and I am having a hard time finding stores that carry shopnataliebeauty..i hope they carry it one day

An Awesome Foot Massage!!!. Just recently I got an European facial, and a hand and foot massage!!! It was the first time I had ever received a foot and hand massage...and it was amazing. Literally when I saw my feet and I said out loud, "This is better than pedicure!"

Watch out for Hidden Charges!!! Sneaky and I did not appreciate that. Was mislead!!. I found Relax spa on the web and they were running a special on a full hour facial for $39.00 on Wed! I was really surprised and figured I would check it out for that price.

The staff was very nice and the setting was relaxing. I have had MANY facials in the past and the European facial was not that great. They did an extraction on my face for the blackheads and I was pleased with that but the facial itself wasn't all that impressive.

When I got to the counter they charged me $59.00 instead of $39.00. When I asked why, she said that the extraction was extra. I NEVER asked for the extraction. They automatically did it without asking me if I CHOOSE to do it.

I was VERY upset and told them that I would never go back again because I feel that adding hidden charges is wrong and not very professional.

serious massage, great price. I had the most wonderful deep tissue massage here for much less than Burke Williams. They were friendly, punctual, and professional. I am going back next week for sure and probably will sign up for a series at a discounted rate.

Decadent. Wonderful local spa. I have had several massages here and it has consistently been stellar. The massage therapists are attentive, skilled, and very friendly. Wax services are also highly recommended.
