In Short – Parting ways with the dark ambiance of the Sunset Room, its owners (White Lotus, Pig N' Whistle) have reimagined the space with a light and airy Tuscan theme. The central dining room boasts wine-country ambiance with terracotta floors, a rose-color palette and white tablecloths. Seating options include a private dining rooms with plasma TVs, the wine cellar, or alfresco next to a crackling fireplace. Menu highlights are Maryland crabcakes and steak entrees accompanied by endless sauces and add-on side dishes.
Avoid at all costs

Doesn't surprise me it is closed. This had to be my worst steakhouse experience ever! As another review stated, restaurant said they had only 8:30 res when the entire place was vacant at 7.
- Pros: none
- Cons: everything
beautiful but dull

They 'could only fit us in at 7' was what we were told. We arrived to find we were the single only table in the entire place that was full......the whole place was empty. Very annoyed they woudn't work with us for an 8:30 reservation as we had requested (and the place was still only 1/2 full at that time). Had heard great things about the food, but was very disappointed. Biggest mistake was the macaroni and cheese...should be fool proof, but they made it with large amounts of rosemary that left it tasting like medicine. There were four of us there, and none of us could eat it. The other items were decent, but there wasn't one thing that left us wanting more.
- Pros: beautiful restaurant
- Cons: food was mediocre
Nice Starter for a Big Night

Sterling is a nice place if you are looking to start the evening off with a good meal, followed by dancing & drinking. The steakhouse is connected to the current club "Cabanna Club." The food is very good, the pricing is expensive and the service is alright. For all of you that don't have the connections to get into the club, the restaurant is a nice way to get in the door (and enjoy good food) instead of just waiting in line and paying a hefty cover charge. When you get a table, look out for your arrival time. Fashionably late doesn't work, and if you show up over 10 minutes late, they'll cancel your reservation. Ps. The guy at the door is a real four letter word "face", but the food is worth his temporarily inflated ego.
Cheers -
