CABANA CLUB "OPEN BAR". had a super good time @ cabana

had a friends b-day this past saturday

this is a great p lace now for the summer since jacuzzis are now open & they have a good open bar to a certain time who doesnt enjoy now a days free drinks

parking is just across the street really convient!

i must say to make sure you get on a guest list

WORST VENUE, RUDE STAFF & CROOKS. i had contacted a promoter Damien who informed me that I would able to get my 8 guy guest in as a comp with two bottles and all the ladies in free for total 520. When I arrived at the venue I was told by the lady responsible for bottle service (Dawn) that it was 4 people to 2 bottles. As the promoter spoke with her they came to an arrangement and where going to allow my 8 guy guest in as comps with the bottle service. They had all the ladies go in and only allowed 4 men in making the other 4 pay 20 each when it was suppose to be free. To top it off it was before 10:30 and all the guys where being charged $10. When we informed the lady she blew us off and very unprofessional not to mention RUDE. At the end of the night we ended up paying cash and Dawn took the cash but still charged my card that night. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Save your money and head to another club. The whole venue reeked of weed. People where making joints on the dance floor and around the tables. Security didnt say anything to any of them. The music sucked so did the DJ. Once you began to start dancing he would change the song. There where guys who where looking for fights the whole night and not mention being disrespectful and trying to grab on to women who where there with their boyfriends. OVER THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!

Wild Wild West. From the day I stepped into LA, this venue has always been ghetto. The scene for several shootings and stabbings. On average you can expect 5 fights per night. Why is it still open? Well cause the owner makes soo much money from the Latin and AA crowd.

CABANA CLUB SATURDAYS. Cabana club is amongst the best Club in Hollywood for months in a row! Dont take my word for it, its rated #1 Sat nightclub by Maxim Magazine!! Every week celebrity DJ's from LA's top radio stations and from all over the world drop top40/ hip pop/ and house mash-ups. Its an Open Bar till 10:30 and the club boasts the biggest outdoor heated patio in Hollywood! Over 1.2k every week fill this spot on saturdays! Horrible Service!!!. The worst service i've ever received at a club in Hollywood. There are so many clubs in hollywood, do not get stuck in this place. The only reason i even walked in was b/c it was a bday event. I got bad service before walking in the place. The doorman/ girl don't know what they are doing and are not up to date. They act like they don't know anything just want u to pay without asking if you are in the guest list which does not matter b/c they make you wait outside until the free before 11 time passes. The bartenders don't know how to make a decent drink, and fill the glass up till it spills, very un-professional. Don't waist your time standing in line for this garbage can!

Saturaday Night Fun!. This place is great on a saturaday night! The music is great and the crowd is mixed. The only bad thing is that its hard to get in and they charge 20 bucks no matter if your on the guestlist!

Typical Hollywood: you're not missing anything. Let's face it, all the "Hot Spots" are pretty equal. there's nothing that really sets any one of them apart from the rest. Its give n take. The problem here is disorganized promoters and Napoleon Complexed door guys.

How many lines does a club need to have?! One for "VIP", one for Guest list, one for Bottle Service, one for the "common folk", and a wandering mob who thinks they don't have to wait in any line. Any question here and just go see Nick the door guy. For $20 he'll let u stand in line. Yes, thats correct. U can stand in line. U still ain't gonna get in unless u know someone. But its Nick's line and thats the price. Its all Nick has in life so $20 isn't much to ask to stand in it. Help a struggling aspiring security guard n shell it out, would ya?

Well if u got the hook up or lucky charm and u manage to make it in, get ready to be let down. U'll see that somehow a bunch of parolees and ex-cons managed to sneak in. Yup, must have been another line out there I didn't see.

The place itself IS nice. Lots of space cool decor. Attractive pool type fountains line the walkways, don't fall in. Service at the bar was average, drinks were too. There are multiple rooms w/ seperate DJ's, so finding your type of music should be easy. Private "Cabana's" are available for bottle service, typical overpriced service w/ customary hidden charges for minimum tip.

Only one fight broke out, always a classy touch and reflection of the clientele. Saw two guys get escorted out from being too drunk to stand. Other than that, there were some well dressed people there and ladies looked classy, maybe even a few workin the crowd if u know what I'm sayin.

Bottom line is: Be with the promoter to get in. Don't have his cell #, don't tell the doorguy u know "someone". These guys are SOO excited to deny entry. If you don't have the DIRECT connect to someone on the inside, go somewhere else. You ain't missin nuttin!
