Aspect Beauty is the worst med spa ever. The place looks nice but is very unprofessional. They left me sitting in the lobby for 25 minutes and once I was in a room I was left for another 10 minutes. I had the worst facial/microdermabrasion ever. Not only did the estecian talk the whole time but she did a terrible job..it was as though I did not even have a facial. It was rushed and not very good. I will never go back there!!!

I received a gift for the holidays from my in-laws or else I never would have considered a spa in the mall. I gave it a go and scheduled a massage and a facial. The massage was incredible. She worked out the stress in my upper back and asked if there was anything that I wanted gone over one more time. I found her to be extremely professional and will without a doubt consider returning. HOWEVER, the $70 facial for 25 minutes was the WORST experience ever. She was running late, left me standing in the hall after my massage, TALKED the whole freaking time, tried a new treatment that she herself had never used and when I asked if it was supposed to burn her response was, "tell me when it gets to a 3"- Hello I said it's Burning- take it Off!! When all was said and done I had someone "wash" my face for $70!! When I lifted my head I noticed it had only been 20 minutes,not 25. She was far from relaxing when she said- there you go all done and removed the headband quickly. Thanks a lot. Never again. I did complain and asked what they could do. I got half off the facial and a free Hot Stone add on to my next massage. fine and dandy... but seriously I felt like I was lab animal. They have yet to establish professionalism and until they do I wouldn't recommend this place. They have a long way to go. Until then I will be returning to Ultimate Skin near Calabasas.

I just went to aspect with ZIZI my experience was more than great. she is very professional. She knows exactly what you want. For hair cut, style,highlight, updo's and also eyebrow she is the best. She did my daughter's hair for her prom and she got a lot of compliments. belive me she does the best eyebrow in LA because I tried many famause places in LA and finely I found ZIZI. She is very friendly, social person and fun.....I recommend her to everybody who wants the best hair and eyebrow.
