Best Gelato in LA. I studied abroad in Italy for 5 months, and this is the only place that tastes as good as the gelato does there. All of the flavors are authentic, and made the italian way. When I want gelato, I go here. Not to Pazzo Gelato in Silverlake, and not to that gelato place in beverly hills. It's creamy, tastes very rich, but is low in calories.
Gelato straight out of Italy. Got a birthday cake there, out of control delicious. All the recipes are straight out of Italy. Authentic
Good quality of flavours. I cannot say enough about Gelato Paradiso, the bacio is perfect and made correctly with dark chocolate and pieces of hazelnut, just like in Italy. The espresso is delicious made with good quality espresso - yes you can tell the difference, I think they make it with either illy or lavazza. They also put bits of espresso beans in there and it is perfectly balanced. The pistachio is also really good, but I must say its the closest to Italy but in Italy its much better. The hazelnut is good too. Just by smelling you can tell the quality is a lot better. Its all in the ingrediants, the better quality ingrediants the better the food - Tutti Gelati & Gelato Pazzo have noting on Gelato Paradiso. Their gelato tastes like plastic with no flavour compared to Gelato Paradiso.
quick service. good gelato. open kinda late.. i love gelato. this place has yummy gelato. i had pistachio + chocolate. mMmmm. they're open late, and i love that. there arent many ice cream/gelato places open late. i lucky to have found this one. and when you're eating your gelato, you can walk up and down hollywood & see the sights :)
Feels like Italy. This is by far the best place to get gelato in the U.S.! It tastes just as good as the gelato I had all over Italy. The flavors are captured perfectly. This is truly gelato, not glorified ice cream!
Editorial Review. Gelateria creates its own recipes from ingredients imported directly from Italy. Flavors range from specialty mascarpone to traditional strawberry.
