Dani is awesome, she brings expertise and compassion to the table everyday.. Dani knows her stuff. She is always on time to appointments and readily accessible. I have lost 50 pounds under her kind and expert supervision. I knew nothing of training and have found her to be informative; she varies the workouts so that my body does not get 'used' to a specific routine, constantly getting stronger. I have had a difficult time mentally in taking on this challenge and have found her supportive and flexible to what is going on with me on that day, yet she does what a trainer needs to do, push you, make sure you suit up and show up. I can say without reservation that I would have quit anytime in the past 6 months without her constant presence and expertise.

She also focuses on what goes in your mouth, which, let's be honest, is highly relevant. I have kept a food diary at calorie-count-dot-com which I turn over weekly to her. This keeps me honest and also answers the question if I am not losing the weight I desire. She is going to CSUN to become a Registered Dietician and focuses on nutrition as part of her service which is important to me. Having dieted most of my life, I am already a bit of an expert on making the right choices on what to eat, and still, she brings more knowledge to the table and this has helped me modify and keep it real when it comes to choices I have made.

She has arranged workouts with me at the gym at work, the park, and my home; I find her willing to do whatever works.

You will not be dissapointed. Even when you are dissapointed in yourself, she will help bring you back around with a dose of reality of where you've come from. Every day is an opportunity to start anew and build on the past accomplishments and realizations.

Great personalized work out!. I loved working with Dani. I've always been active but Dani's routine really firmed me up . It was great watching those inches sweat away. She really cares about her cllients and is positive and motivating.

The best training out there. After trying gyms, fitness clubs and other trainers, I found that Foxy Fitness had exactly what I needed. I wasn't looking to loose 20 pounds but to eat better and firm my flab. Dani put me on a great plan and pushed me past my limits.

Got us in shape for our big Wedding day!!!. My wife and I wanted to get into shape for our wedding and thought we tried everything, but we couldn't seem to lose the weight and we couldn't understand why. Eating less and working out more however did little for weight loss and only left us frustrated, until we lucked out and met our Foxy Trainer. Foxy Fitness encompasses all aspects of weight loss: nutrition, cardio and weight training. We soon learned it's not so much how much you eat, but what you eat; that cardio training can be useless unless it is done right and how adding weight training can boost the entire program. Our Foxy Trainer provided us with diet programs and taught us strength training skills that years of being gym members never taught us. Thanks to Foxy Fitness, we accomplished our goals and looked great on our wedding day. Thank you again Dani!!

Excellent Trainers. I haven't exercised for 15 years due in part to failure to see results, lack of time, motivation and an utter dislike of working out. Nevertheless, I finally decided to get healthy and start exercising. Luckily I found Dani Rodriguez at Foxy Fitness and cannot believe what a different experience exercising is for me now. I am getting results, I have the time because Dani comes to my home, and last but not least, I am actually *enjoying* exercising. Forget the gym membership and get a Foxy Fitness trainer.

Personal, friendly and effective!. I was a bit hesitant to start training - I never believed I could lose the "problem areas". Prior training left me cynical and bitter about getting a trainer. However, Foxy Fitness broke down all the barriers I had put up between myself and my physical fitness goals. I'm grateful to my Foxy trainer for helping me feel better about myself. Since training with Foxy Fitness, I've lost 18lbs and am now in the best shape of my life. Thank you Foxy Fitness!

Training with Foxy is a must!!!. It was an overall awesome experience working with my trainer. She came to my home and had all the equipment I needed. It was always tough for me to get a workout in with my schedule but with having a trainer come to my home and encouraging me every step of the way.....I saw results I didn't think were possible. Thank you again, Foxy!!
