In Short
Sunshine washes in through the plate glass window over polished blond wood tables and mustard-painted walls. Los Feliz locals lounge throughout lunch and dinner, but the real scene is in the adjacent room's sumptuous wine bar, lined floor to ceiling with bottles. The menu is served in both rooms, with offerings such as seviche, fried calamari, Brazilian-style braised short ribs, coconut fish stew, grilled steak, and lighter fare like tropical salads and sandwiches.

I highly recommend this Brazilian restaurant! I went there last evening, I was really hungry, and when I got there with my husband, I was skeptical, because the place is small and very simple, and then I said, it's Ok, I'm not looking for nothing fancy anyway, but the place is so warm and cozy I felt like in my home in Brazil. The waitress came to us with a big and beautiful smile; the owner came to us like they know us from long time already, so nice and soft. And the food came less than 5 min, and I'm telling you, the food was delicious, OMG! Oh and the price great! No expensive at all. They full our plate with food, I could eat all! Well I gave 5 starts but this restaurant deserves 10 or 100 stars, believe me. Congratulations to the staff, the owner and of course to the chef.

Their salads are sooo good. You have to try their steak salad. It is a green salad mixed with cashews, avocados in balsamic vinaigrette dressing. To Die for...The portions are big and is definitely worth the price.

What to Drink:
At the wine bar, over 50 wines are available by the glass; Brazilian and other imported beer is also offered. Wine and beer is available to take out by the bottle. Or, for a jolt, try Brazilian guarana soda, a natural soda with a caffeine-like stimulant.
Look Good:
Besides appetizers on the menu, side orders like plantains, fries, cheese bread, fried polenta and guacamole are among the inexpensive, off-menu wine bar selections.
