TONI IS THE BEST!. I just came back from a facial with Toni and read the one star review below - and was shocked! I've been going to Toni now for over a year and not bothering to even look at super-low- price facials available on Groupon and other sites - because Toni's facials are the best! Not only is she lovely and warm, she always gives me the most personalized, thorough facials for my skin's needs at the time - and I walk out of there feeling totally refreshed! The treatment today was deep - yet I'm going to a New Year's Eve party in a few hours - no blotches, just glowing skin. The reviewer below complains about Toni having bad "receptionists" - it's ONLY Toni, and sometimes she's busy with a client, she doesn't always have availability that same day. I also know she takes expired coupons. I'm a coupon buyer myself and I know how it feels to have to use one at the last moment, but the reviewer shouldn't slam Toni without having at least met her! This is an intimate facial studio, not a large glitzy one - so, no receptionists - but when you're on Toni's table, with soft music playing, she is entirely focused on you, with her arsenal of "tools" - the hydrofacial is magic! I can't give The Natural Face Place enough praise!

Wish I could give ZERO stars.. Horrible, horrible customer service!!

I bought two deals with these people on living social a year ago. They had no one to answer phones and I spent weeks trying to schedule an appointment with these people to no avail. My vouchers were about to expire tomorrow and I called for one last try with these awful people today just to see if I could redeem them. A year later this excuse for a salon still doesn't have a receptionist!! I left my last and final message and waited.

Later in the day I still didn't receive a call back so I called living social to refund my deal and get my almost wasted money back before it expired. While I'm on the phone with their customer support- the crack pots at The Natural Face Place call me back.

When I checked the message they left for me it was the NASTIEST most ridiculous and rude response I've ever heard from a so-called professional business in my life. The woman is snickering on the phone that if I don't pick up they can't schedule me and 'what KIND of person calls on the last day' (I've been calling for a whole YEAR, lady!) and that I need to learn how these things work and pick up my phone. RUDEST message ever basically. Then she accidentally leaves me another one but for a different person (un-organized, un-professional) for someone else who was complaining and leaves them the SAME RUDE MESSAGE! I can't believe this horrible woman goes through life speaking to people in this manner!

....Me? Pick up MY phone?! How about pick up your OWN damn phone or hire a freaking receptionist! You're in the service industry people. Have you ever even HEARD of customer service?!!

Yuck. Yuck. Yuck.

Businesses that conduct themselves this way make me sick.

No wonder you had to go on a deal site to try and get customers. After the way I was treated and never even ended up going there- i can't imagine what horror story I would have been in for had I actually used the coupons.

This Face Place makes me sick.

AMAZING!. Toni is amazing. I have never had such a fabulous facial. She was thorough and personalized her technique for my skin type. I also had my eyebrows and eye lashes tinted and she did a wonderful job with those too. Very careful and meticulous. I will never go to another place to get either thing done again. She uses gentle, natural products that don't irritate ( i have VERY sensitive skin). She was so kind and a great conversationalist, I recommend her to everyone.

Toni is the BEST. I've posted before but I must again! Toni is the best ... she just makes you feel better. She's so positive, with lots of good advice. I hadn't been in a while (lousy economy!) and looked terrible and she spent extra time with me and was just really wonderful. Highly, highly recommended. Thanks Toni!

AMAZING LASHES - Perfect for a Wedding!. My sister just got married on Saturday and she never looked better. The eyelash extensions and facial were perfect. It completely transformed her look and even without make-up you could see a difference! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Try the Eyelash Perm & Tint!. There are many reviews here about the eyelash extension service, but nobody talks about the eyelash perm or tint. I have gotten many perms before in various places and the one I got at the Natural Face Place is by far the best! Toni also suggested I tint my lashes - and the result was fantastic. I love my lashes - they are beautiful, thank you! Toni is incredibly skilled, sweet, knowledgeable, and professional. Her little studio is lovely and cozy and conveniently located in West Hollywood. I live in NYC and I almost want to move to LA just to come back to the Natural Face Place for perfect eyelashes!

HIDDEN TREASURE!!!. i went in for a facial with a case of bad acne and only an hour after my facial, i see a tremendous improvement. i have never seen my face glow like this before in my entire life. i also had my lashes done and i don't even believe that this aren't my natural eyelashes. i'm telling you guys, she is G-O-O-D. most importantly, she handles her clients with much needed TLC :D

Stellar. I saw Toni today for eyelash extensions---something I was very skeptical about, seeing as extensions are almost always associated with damage to natural hair. However, Toni was incredibly informative, gentle and sweet. I could not believe my eyes (pun intended) when I looked in the mirror. They look so full and natural. I thought the black lashes might look a little funny with my light browns but they look incredibly dramatic---like I am wearing the best "magic mascara" in the world. She did a stellar job and is a fabulous person. Had she not been completely booked, I probably would have hung around for a facial (she's a Jill of all trades). I have already referred my mom to her and she's going tomorrow. Couldn't be happier. It was more than worth every penny.

Amazing Extensions! Toni Is The Most Accomodating Lady Ever!. I just had my eyelash extensions done by Toni and I am glad that I went to her. Everyone said that my eyes look really pretty and when they asked me how much it cost, they all said "Money well spent, they're worth every penny because I look good." Toni is so flexible with the appointments that it was easy to reschedule, especially for someone who has hectic ever-changing schedule like myself. Any problems with the eyelashes, Toni is happy to fix it for free! She offered me to come in and looked at my lashes after hearing my little tiny problem that is not even worth mentioning! She gave me eye make-up remover pads for free! This is definitely not one of those places where people push you to buy their products. I cannot wait to go back there for a fills & touch-ups and when I am at it, I would be happy to try one of her facials. Can't wait to go back there, Toni! She made me pretty! =)

a gem. I joined Citysearch just to review The Natural Face Place. All the reviews here are spot on. Toni obviously takes a great deal of pride in her work/business and it shows. Something that is VERY rare in Los Angeles. She doesn't rush, makes you feel comfortable, and does great work. And she's affordable to boot! Who doesn't love that?
