Sofya and Yathida with Law Offices of Michael Jay Berger take every client and case personally. I had lost my job so I had to save my house, and I couldn't have done it without them. I filed chapter 13 bankruptcy with this office and it was a flawless process which is something rare to find in this industry. All email communications and calls were returned promptly. I had two loans against my property and while in chapter 13, Sofya was able to reach a favorable settlement with the 2nd Trust Deed Holder, Wells Fargo. They also successfully objected to an improperly filed claim and my case got confirmed. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of bankruptcy. They take care of anything that is pertaining to your case for your peace of mind. Absolutely great service!!!

I had gotten into a financial situation where money got very tight due to a job loss. It was at that time that I got hit with and lost a law suit that amounted to much more than I could afford to pay and at the worst time. So to make this part of the long story short, Michael Jay Berger and Minha handled my bankrupcy flawlesslly and made all the problems go away in a discharge without one mistake. I hardly knew I was even going through a bankrupcy and before I knew it, I was done, discharged, and ready to live the rest of my life with a fresh start. .

Soon after the Plaintiff in the law suit that was discharged, he contested the bankruptcy on several counts and here we are about to go into another law suit. I was scared to death. It was at this time that Michale Jay Berger assigned his assistant attorney Ori S. Blumenfeld to handle the contestment also know as an adversarial proceeding.

I was in awe in the knowledge, agressiveness, and professionalism that Mr. Blumenfeld handled my adversarial case. He knew without hesitation what the issues were, how to handle the situation, win it, and make it go away. He simply wrote a motion to dismiss for for failer to state a claim. He cited all the cases on point, and thanks to Mr. Blumenfeld's superior lawyering, he got the whole proceeding "knocked out" before the first hearing with all counts of the contestment knocked out for failer to state a claim. The morning of the hearing, the judge wrote his decision and sent it to Mr. Blumenfeld and opposing counsel stating that Mr. Blumenfeld's arguments were right on point and that we won on all counts. In fact, at the oral argument hearing scheduled for later that afternoon, opposing counsel didn't even show up to try to fight the decision. Mr. Blumenfeld got the law suit thrown out before it even started.

The setting of the proceeding was the bandruptcy expert, Mr. Blumenfeld against a general practitioner who was not an expert in bankruptcy. Watching the battle it was really something as to see that my adversaries attorney was not even in the same league as Mr. Blumenfeld as to his experience and knowledge.

In closing, if you get into financial trouble, don't take a chance by selling yourself short. Go with the experts at the Law Offices at Michael Jay Berger as Mr. Blumenfeld is. It was no match and not even close. With Mr. Blumenfeld's far superior expertise, it was not even a contest. Mr. Blumenfeld "blew opposing counsel away.

The Law Offices of Michael Jay Berger including Mr. Blumenfeld in my opinion are the best in the state and maybe in the country and their fees are very reasonalble. Why go anywhere else and take a chance on your your livelyhood.

I recently went through Chapter 11 bankruptcy and I couldn't have done it without Ori Blumenfeld. He made everything easy to understand for my wife and I; his patience made us patient and it made the process just that much easier. Ori was most helpful during the toughest times of our case. I found the Law Offices of Michael Jay Berger through the internet while shopping around for a good bankruptcy attorney. As I read his credentials, he looked like one of if not the best attorney to go to for bankruptcy (I live over 100 miles away). But as I was shopping around you never know for sure in the beginning.

Well I did pick Michael out of several choices. While I was a little worried that he might be too big or expensive because he had the best credentials, let me tell you about my great experience with Michael and his firm.

I called Michael's office and he talked to me first personally. He took the time and was very patient to explain everything to me. He was extremely nice, personable, and I could tell he really cared to do what was best for me. From that point on, let me tell you Michael and his firm were awesome. They were always on the ball, smart, the great service never slowed down but the owe firm was always sensitive to the stressfull experience I was going through. He appointed his associate attorney Minha to my case who was a real sweetheart (but very smart) to say the least. She was patient and walked me through everything. As I was going through a rather complicated bankruptcy, I really didn't hardly know it. And before you know it I was done! And their fees where very reasonable.

To sum things up, this firm is the best in their field. But they also had the most outstanding bedside manner. I mean you had the best of both worlds here. They were smart (the smartest) polite, caring, very personalble, and always made you feel good. Look at there web site. They are everything they say they are and more.

Words cannot explain the outstanding job that Sofya and Yathida have done for me and me family. I was getting my paycheck garnished, had my bank accounts levied and was receiving phone calls from creditors 7 days a week. After one phone call to Sofya, I explained my situation and she said she would be able to help!! As of March 2, 2012 (my initial consultation) I received ALL my mony back from my wage garnishments, ALL my money from the levy and haven't received one call from a creditor!!! They saved my family, they saved my sanity and they saved my dignity. I cannot and will not ever be able to thank them enough. FINANCIAL LIFESAVERS!. I recently went through the bankruptcy process and can't thank the law firm of Michael Berger enough for getting me through it all.
