I read other people's comments and I have to say that I was surprised. I called kevin and left a message, he responded very quick. He was nice and full of energy. Although I just wanted some basic information and kevin went beyond what I wanted. He provided so much information and insight. I am very pleased and I strongly agree with other user comments. And did I mention he is very tall. No wonder they call him the gentle giant of real estate.
- Pros: Fast, reliable, trustworthy
- Cons: too tall. my neck hurts from looking up-LOL

Searching for a real estate agent, which seems now-a-days everybody including your uncle is in real estate. I found kevin from a search engine. Having called several other agents in the area, I was shocked at the no pressure strategy kevin provided. He answered all my questions and was actually concerned in my situation. I meet with him several times, and even though at that time I wasn't buying just trying to get answers, kevin provided his fulliest attention. There was no shake off. When I spole with other agents they seemed very concerned but as soon as I mentioned that I was not buying at the time and just has questions, they changed in a heart beat. Some just put me off, ignoring the person with question. I guess they wantede a uick sell. Kevin thank you for your service and thanks for the great home. We Love It.

An agent like no other

Living in Beverly Hills is great but we always get hounded by real estate agents from every part of world. No joke. A friend reffered Kevin to me, I was looking to buy a second property. After setting up an appt. everything was smooth sailing from there. I have to say that I got service that I have never been used too. He's Honest, Fast, and communicates with you very well. I specified my price range, unlike the home I have now, the agent I used went way over our price range. Kevin gave me a list of properties the same day I called him all within my price. We went out to look at a few properties, There was NO pressure.
- Pros: Fast, Honest, To the point
- Cons: Some computer use, A lot of paper work, time consuming
