In Short – Single-named chef/owner Edin spent 15 years at Valentino, where he honed his traditional Italian cooking skills and learned the art of making guests feel like honored family. In his petite two-room space with cafe-au-lait-colored walls, diners watch--and smell--the tall-hatted cooks at work behind a carved wooden bar. Nightly specials double the size of the chicken, scampi, veal and pasta-heavy menu, and usually include the popular shrimp, calamari and mango salad. Desserts include house-made creme brulee and tiramisu.
good food, but won't return

Food was good, but the brusk, cranky waitresses i can do without. I had a bill of $21.00 and left $40 in the folder and was asked if needed change when i clearly left the folder open and the waitress was visually upset cause she wanted the whole thing. Is she nuts. change was returned but i won't. skip this joint. looks nice from the outside but the true worth is how they treat you.
- Pros: good dishes
- Cons: terrible cranky staff
Enjoyable dinner!

My husband and I just returned from our first dinner at Aroma. Wonderful! The restaurant has a cozy dining room, and an excellent and friendly staff. We called ahead to book a table, which helped us avoid a 45 minute wait. Ask for a table in the dining room as opposed to a table next to the kitchen. Wide variety of specials, and the food was really good and flavorful. The restaurant is in a strip mall on Sunset, but don't let that influence you. Aroma is definitely worth trying!
- Pros: Nice menu selection, excellent service, great food
- Cons: Wine menu does not list wine by the glass (which is offered)
