My wife has always struggled with her weight and while i've always been supportive, when she first mentioned the zone diet, i had my doubts. it has been about 60 days and she has lost 15 pounds and looks great. needless to say i'm not complaining and am really impressed by everything the zone diet has to offer. what's funny is that we end up spending about the same amount of money on the zone diet as we do eating less healthy food that would make her look as well as feel worse. it has really made a difference and suggest other husbands or wives to consider doing something like this for there spouse for christmas perhaps. thought i'd share,

Zone Healthy Changed My Life

A frantic, high-pressure career, fussy tastebuds and a slow metabolism - and bad habits like eating drive-thru food in the car or gobbling takeout over the sink at midnight - got me where I was for years: overweight and miserable. Even when I DID make time to cook at home, it was a disaster. Often, the ingredients went straight into my mouth before they ever got to the refrigerator. One Thanksgiving, I gobbled up half of the - uncooked - chestnut cornbread stuffing before the I even put the turkey into the oven. Cookie dough? Chocolate frosting, eaten with a spoon out of the bowl? But, of course! I have always been short on willpower where things that taste good are concerned. Preparing diet food was even a disaster for me. Portion control is harder for me to figure out than physics. Thank God for Spazio restaurant and their Zone Healthy cuisine, which is delivered to my door each day. It's more food than I can eat - and it is absolutely the most delicious food I've ever tasted. Spazio's chef is a genius! Recently, the restaurant started offering the Zone food on its regular menu, so now I can dine out in style and stay on my diet, too - including dessert! I've lost 35 lbs. and have never looked or felt better in my life. This is the most wonderful way to lose weight. There is nothing like having all the work done for you and being able to get thinner and/or healthier while eating FABULOUS food! I highly recommend the Zone Healthy plan. The people in the office are very nice to deal with, very accommodating. I hope this recommenation helps people who think they will never be able to lose wieght. If I can do it, anyone can!

I have so much more energy

I started Zone about 3 weeks ago and i am very impressed with what I have experienced so far. I feel so much healthier and have so much energy. My meals are delivered to my door prompt and each meal is just like eating out at a restaurant. This will make the holiday season much easier to stay healthy.
