Cool Stuff. Annoying Employees. soooo i went in here today to see if they had the Gay Rights t-shirt that came out in December. I walked in with a smile and gently asked the girl if she knew if they carried it, her response (after looking me up and down) was "You mean the one that dropped to like 5 bucks?" now, let me say this...im a 19 year old girl who has a minimum wage job, BUT i still live with my mother...aka i have money to spend (especially at the low end marc jacobs store) therefore i was extremely offended by the way she said it. anyways, i looked at her and said, idk im not sure. then was asked if it was black or white (by another employee) and when i responded that it was black, he mumbled off and decided to go back to folding shirts. once he realized i was still standing there, he then looked at me and said "well you can just go back there and look" and pointed me to the SALE section of the store. fine. i mean if you are just not in the mood to help me out, i get it, its cool. but if you just decided to assume that by HOW I LOOK, i dont have enough money to buy a simple article of clothing from your store, thats just ridiculously insulting. never the less, i went in the back sale area to look for a tshirt, and finally walked up to the register to purchase it, only to be ignored AND THEN treated poorly by the girl who rang me up. she didnt even know how to work the receipt printer and we stood there for 5 mins, just to find out she didnt even have it turned on. she proceeded to look at me and say (in a completely rude fashion) "do you REALLLY need your receipt?" NO! I DONT! but if you would have asked that nicely in the beginning we wouldnt even have this problem. either way. marc by marc jacobs has relatively affordable clothing (lots of very cute things u wont find most places) but the staff really needs to work on their customer service. quite sad that they can't just put on a smile and help someone who came in with the best of intentions.

Cool Stuff. Almost affordable if you have an adult-type job and if you don't, then go back too school. Unique cloths you will not see everywhere.

You can't go wrong with Marc. I love going in here to find little goodies to give away for birthday presents. And when I have a little extra money to spend, you can always pick up a good pair of shoes that will go with anything.

L.A.'s rich kids and their aspiring grown-up counterparts consider the designer's preppy-punk collection the unofficial uniform.. In Short
Decidedly more accessible and affordable than the couture boutique across the street, the designer's offshoot label beckons hipsters with phat allowances. A blue skylight houses an industrial space with double steel racks that display three-figure T-shirts and hoodies for boys and girls, as well as some funky yet structured pieces suitable for dress up. Shoppers also tend to check each other out while shifting through pencil sharpeners, pop culture books and plastic jewelry.
