You will absolutely love it. Having worked all over the fitness industry since a teen, I pretty much figured I wouldn't be able to find anything new or inspiring with a personal trainer or workout class. I seriously believed I had seen it all but decided to try boot camp because of the outdoor variety. So I joined their newsletter first, to get a feel for their philosophy. Everything Angela wrote about... the sincerity and intensity she has for her clients...I can only describe her as an old soul WHO GETS IT. She gets us real and accountable, and not just by showing up. She is unusually knowledgeable about body alignment/physiology plus all the awareness and consciousness feedback we get to take better care of ourselves...like reminding us of the things we do to ourselves when no one is watching. So, individually, as a group, for Angela herself and her trainers, Body Inspired Fitness gives you the feeling that it matters that you are there and that you are an important part of the plan to make a difference. Even my spouse has reported "it makes you so much happier". Today I don't overanalyze my body, do the comparison thing or obsess about what I eat anymore since doing boot camp. I didn't have the usual New Years Resolution anxiety this year either, since starting camp in October and continuing throughout the holidays. I love the flexibility of classes, variety and new exercises that they have proven to work with so many. They are so easy to work with and are very happy to have you with them. Seriously, you will not be disappointed.
AMAZING way to get in shape and have fun doing it. When I had first started Body Inspired Fitness' bootcamp, I was 30 pounds overweight, and had tried and failed numerous gym memberships. Body Inspired was different-- more energizing, more fun, and the teachers really know what they are doing to maximize a workout. There is also a broad variety of workouts that keeps it very interesting (most workouts are outside-- they mix it up to be sports cardio, or strengthening or a focus on trouble spots or even pilates) They also work with you to set goals, establish a food plan and a program that will work for you and your body. I lost 30 pounds in 4 months, and it is now 18 months later, and I have kept the weight off. What's more important, I feel better and stronger. In short, it is great.

I am so glad I finally tried out Body Inspired Fitness. Angela and Jeff do such a great job, they have positive attitudes, their exercise regimes are challenging and rewarding, and they keep it interesting by holding the classes at different locations and in different environments.
I have been going through fertility treatment for the past 1 1/2 years, the side effects are painful and it has taken a toll on my body. Going to the BIF classes has made a tremendous difference, I wish I had started much earlier. The workouts relieve so much stress, and they are invigorating, I have never felt better. I'm a member for life now!
Amazing workout classes.
From my first workout with Angela, I was hooked. I’ve had a lot of injuries over the years that have resulted in limitations that prevent me from doing some exercises. Instead of telling me to just push through it or to skip parts of the workout, Angela always finds an alternative way for me to work the muscle group without pain or risk of further injury. Her willingness to find what works for my body has not only let me strengthen muscles that I haven’t been able to work for years, but it has given me a great sense of empowerment that I CAN be strong.
I have attended both the regular workout sessions (core cardio class) and boot camp. The actual workouts are very similar, but I really enjoy the greater sense of camaraderie that comes from the boot camp experience. All of the trainers at BIF really know their stuff and work to keep a very positive atmosphere. I would encourage anyone looking for more variety in workouts and some extra motivation to give BIF a try.
Boot camp can be fun!!. My friend asked me to join her for boot camp and I did not know what I was getting myself into. I am so glad that I joined!!! It has been a great experience!!! The trainers make working out fun, they change it up so that the workouts are always different and I have really noticed results. The trainers are very supportive and push you, but in a good way. I was surprised by some of the things I was able to do! Also, the women in the classes are nice and supportive as well. It has been an all around great experience.
Nobody Does it Better!. Body Inspired Fitness by name...inspired workouts and trainers! Angela is in a word...amazing! The workouts are diverse, fun, challenging, get you off your butt, and yes we even laugh a lot! There is something for every fitness level, the environment is incredibly supportive. These guys push you hard, but without that military drill-like attitude. The workouts are innovative and change constantly...you'll never be bored. The locations change too! The beach workout is a favorite of mine. What's not to love about working out next to the ocean, in the sunshine? Just say NO to treadmills!!
Bootcamp with Angela and Jeremy is amazing. It's like having a personal trainer 3 days a week because the work out is individualized if you need it to be. They hold you accountable and help you reach your goals with pre and post boot camp evaluations. The best deal they have is if you sign up early and get the special, you have unlimited classes for the duration of bootcamp. It's the best deal!!
I feel great when I go and love it so much more than being on a machine at the gym for 45-60 minutes. They always change the workouts up along with location to make sure it never gets repetative or boring. I always feel like we're working out a new area and work so much harder than I ever would on my own. All the other people are so nice and it's encouraging to be working out with a group. I have definitely been able to tell a difference when I work out with them. I love it!!

Plain and simple these guys are the best. They have something for everyone. Want to rock heavy weights and shred body fat? Check. Want to work on your cardio and maybe run a 10K or 1/2 Marathon? Check. Need help with caloric intake or a meal plan altogether? Check. I've never come across a personal training group that offered such variety at such a low price.
Before Body Inspired Fitness, the thought of getting up at 6am to work out was akin to a root canal with no painkillers. Now, I'm out the door with a smile on my face and a spring in my step. And that's because at the center of it all is great people who inspire that drive inside you to harness your inner beast and get your ass in shape!

Angela’s inspiring words and sense of fun makes staying on track a reality. A supportive group of women experiencing a varied workout in the great outdoors in the Palisades and Santa Monica has been the ticket to helping me meet both my physical and nutritional fitness goals.
Hearing the word fitness boot camp was scary for me at first, but Angela’s Body Inspired Fitness boot camp instructors are so caring, personable and knowledgeable—not robotic sergeants of some outdoor fitness programs. Within the group class sessions, you are made to feel like the program is individualized for you due to all the personalized attention given to you.
The BEST Boot Camp in the world!!!. The first time I ever did Palisades Boot Camp I felt so proud of myself for sticking with it. I loved the variety of classes, the trainers, and mostly the owner Angela Parker. I recommend it anyone who wants to get in shape and have fun!!
