Called "O to Go," by its growing circle of devotees, this Seattle-based chain specializes in seasonal, quick-casual fare prepared without chemical additives. Patrons--ranging from college students to corporate types--fill up on snacks and meals in the cafe or purchase pre-packaged entrees to go. Breakfast-menu highlights are yogurt-fruit parfaits and sun-dried tomato-and-egg burritos. Lunch and dinner options include basil-chicken chili, meatloaf sandwiches and grilled salmon wraps. Also available are soups, salads, muffins and desserts.

Organic To Go is a great place to go when you are on the road and heading somewhere and you need something quick and easy but still healthy to eat. It is always good to saty healthy!

The Cheesesteak on Focaccia was decent. They have a great selection of healthy beverages, chips, etc. My buddy said his salad was "excellent". I will go back for a good healthy lunch.
