Terrible Customer Service - will not be back. I bought a shirt here and the next day, after wearing it for one hour, I noticed the fabric had started to tear. It was clearly a defective garment. I brought the shirt back the next day, with the receipt and the tag and asked for a refund. I was told that there was nothing they could do -- no refund, no store credit. I will not be returning to this store as a result of this experience and I advise others to do the same. There are many other boutiques in Los Angeles that know the value of good customer service.

Beautiful clothes, very helpful service. I shopped at Heist this summer when I was looking for an outfit for a special occasion. Because I wasn't at all sure of what I was looking for, I solicited the help of the sales people, and was so grateful for their input. They were honest and helpful without being snooty or in my face, which was so welcome. I found a beautiful outfit thanks to their help, would definitely shop at Heist again. Their end-of-season sales yield great savings, too--check them out.
