Wonderful Service. One thing The Parlour on 3rd excels in is listening to their clients needs. I brought in pictures of hair cuts with a vague idea of what I want and before actually getting my cut, me and the stylist talked and FIGURED OUT together what I was really subconsciously looking for. It was a great discovery. And the way she followed EXACTLY what we described is flawless. I could really tell she was trying her best to give me what I want. Service is incredibly friendly and comfortable...with a "come just as you are" feel that you don't usually find in upscale salons in LA. Needlesstosay, I was completely satisfied with my haircut and absolutely amazed at the precision. I am ready to make this salon my home!

The BEST Color and Client Service in LA!. I had the pleasure of visiting the Parlour on 3rd today to address a minor hair disaster prior to a TV shoot- bleachy blond ends with dark roots, some odd pieces of pastel colors mixed in - definitely in need of color correction. I called first thing this morning and the call was answered by a very professional voice offering me an appointment later the same day. I took it, not knowing what to expect but hoping for the best (as stated previously I had been met with color disaster.)

The BEST is what I got! I was greeted again very professionally by the receptionist in this wonderfully appointed salon, and in no time was put into the very capable hands of Leeya, who is amazing in every sense of the word. Elegant, articulate and lovely, she told me in intricate detail the routes we could take to correct the color as well as what the potential outcome might be - it was the most educated yet honest consultation that I have had after 18 years of having color done. I quite frankly had not expected such an expert.

Results? PERFECT color, a sweet goody bag, and a guarantee that I will not only return myself, but refer the salon to all of my clients! Thank you Leeya for everything!

Best haircut I've ever had. One thing LA is not short of is hair salons! I work nearby and decided to drop in one day. They were busy but assigned me to Nam, a Fred Segal export. My hair is normally very finicky and I was very thorough on what I wanted. He was GREAT at listening and made sure I felt comfortable before starting. The guy is a perfectionist; he never lets time or the dimming light of sunset affect his craft. I walked out with the best cut and color of my life. The owner here is fantastic and extremely down to earth. They do a great job making you feel comfortable. I've found my new favorite salon!

Love It!!!. So let me start off by saying parking is a breeze! Parking is in the back. So easy...So I was told to come to The Parlour one day by one of my friends. She told me to go to Leeya. The day I needed to go in, Leeya was all booked up...I was fine with that because i usually don't let ANYONE cut my hair! I am so neurotic and scared when people cut my hair. Then 15 min later a man called back and said "you could come see Leeya. she made extra time for you." That was so nice of her. My mom and I went in and Leeya, my mom and I felt like we have known each other for 10 years! She is so sweet and the best at making you feel comfortable to take risks with your hair. I loved my haircut and the service. It was so relaxing and the decor is so cute!

WORST Highlights EVER!!!!!!!!!!. I cannot believe how TERRIBLE the service was at this stupid salon. I went there expecting a great LA experience considering this place was rated #3 for color and highlights. Boy was I disappointed, and not to mention upset and angry. I told the stylist (Nam) that I DID NOT want any ammonia and that I like my hair to look natural, so please use these 2 colors and make it look just like what I currently have. Lo and behold, he either has a hearing problem or has no respect for clients wishes because he went ahead and used BLEACH, and then it turned out to be so freaking STREAKY that it is embarrassing to pull my hair back. I HATE this place and warn every girl that this place sure isn't as good as it is advertised.

Leeya "IS" Parlour On 3rd. Leeya "Parlour", dont let me mislead you! Leeya's last name isn't Parlour, however she is the beating heart of Parlour On 3rd located in a exclusive salon on the west coast. Since early 2007 I have been a client at this salon and have first hand witnessed the whirlwind transformations, myself being one of them that Leeya has performed. We all have seen someone that has walked into a salon resembling Laura Linney, for those who are not too sure who Laura is.. rewind the 2008 Oscars, OUCH! and who have walked out looking like a million bucks or Teri Hatcher. Leeya has elevated the simple act of grooming to the highest form of art, beauty and personal expression.

Mickey, your job was done when your hired Leeya. joking aside...

If you are not lucky enough to schedule with Leeya, your are missing her expertise on a more personal, hands-on level with unique cutting edge techniques.

David saved me!. I made the mistake of dying my own hair the same week I was going to a friend's wedding. It turned out somewhat blue and purple, and I made a panicked phone call to Parlour. I was able to make an appointment for the following day (thank God for evening hours on Thursday). David saw me, and took fantastic care of me. He spent over 2 hours on me, listening to all of my concerns and requests and making sure everything was perfect. He even went back and re-toned a completely hidden area of my hair, because it wasn't perfect. I left there looking and feeling great (and with a goodie bag!). I was extremely pleased with my experience at Parlour, and I will most certainly return.

Best hairstylist at a Unique Salon. After many years of flaky hairstylists, I was asked to try out Robear Landeros. Whew, he truly IS the best. Not only does he pay attention to detail but is always friendly and professional. I love coming to The Parlour because I am always greeted with a smile and beverage. This place exudes ambience. I can't wait to return. :) Cecily

Superb experience.. Just had my haircut done,and I must say its way better than I hoped for.

Leeya was not only a great stylist,but a fantastic ,positive person as well.

My hair never looked better.

The price is what you expect from a place like that,but you deffinitely leave happy.

At least is more than worth it.

Best hair cut!. I've been with Robear for many years. We've been all over Los Angeles, trying to find the right place to call home. The Parlour on 3rd feels like HOME!!! I love the ambiance! Thanks to the owner for those great cappocinos. All I have to say is that, " I get the title of best hair at my church". ROBEAR here's to your awesome skills!
