Quick Peek
Journalist Borat Sagdiyev leaves his native Kazakhstan to travel to America to make a documentary. As he zigzags across the nation, Borat meets real people in real situations with hysterical consequences. His backward behavior generates strong reactions around him, exposing prejudices and hypocrisies in American culture. In some cases, Borat's interview subjects embrace his outrageous views on race and sex by agreeing with him, while others attempt to offer a patriotic lesson in Western values.

Borat is hilarious, let me just get that out there. The sad part is how easy it was for Sasha Cohen to show us that we really haven't moved forward all that much when it comes to tolerance. This movie will have you laughing to the point of pain and talking for days. NOTE: Don't invite someone you don't know well to this movie because it's offensive and you don't want them to want to walk out and force you to choose between them and the funniest movie ever made (if you don't heed my advice and this happens, choose the movie, you can always make a new friend or get another date). Enjoy!
Pros: Hilarious
Cons: None

This movie is NOT professional. I strongly disagree with the positive critique. Laughing tastelessly about virtually everything – doesn’t make it a good movie.
Pros: none
Cons: Bad movie. Waste of time.
