If you're looking to get a good sweat, this is the place. The kick boxing classes emphasize the techniques used in Krav Maga self -defense. But get there early to get a good spot in the class. The music can be too loud at times and make it difficult to hear what the instructor is going to be doing next

Cons: music can be too loud, classes can get crowded
