In Short – A rustic-chic dining room, dominated by wood, country chairs and tables, sports a sleek mid-century design and mirrored martini bar. Sun streams in from the patio where hipsters lounge among inviting redwood cabanas, market umbrellas, potted citrus and cascading succulents that evoke a luxe Palm Springs ranch house. The menu offers a menu of classic American bistro food nuanced with Latin/Caribbean touches. Dishes include lobster mango seviche, inventive preparations for foie gras and blackened swordfish.

USED TO BE A GREAT PLACE TO EAT AND WATCH THE FRENCH HOSTESS WALKING AROUND GREETING AND SEATING PEOPLE. SHE MADE THE FOOD TASTE EVEN BETTER.

i just moved to los angeles in september, and i've seen Tart on The Hills, and have heard people talking about it, so I decided to give it a try for lunch with my boyfriend. The food was good. However, for the type of food they have (salads, sandwiches, etc.) its a tad bit overpriced. I expected much more since its apart of Farmer's Daughter, but its a cool place to go if you're in the area i guess. I could've easily went to get something to eat across at the Grove and been more satisfied.
