This girl knows her stuff!. When I was out and about one day, I saw this girl with a hair cut and color sassy enough to make me ask who done it. She told me, with a big smile, "this really sweet and cool chick, Christy..."

I wrote down her name and the name of the salon and called the next day to make an appointment. I came in with one, rigid idea---keep it long! But Christy kindly pointed out the benefits of getting rid of the dry, splitting, beat-up looking ends. And I'm so glad she did! She worked with the natural wave in my hair to give me a cut that was not only the kind of sassy I wanted, was easy to manage, and still looked "long," but a cut that didn't cost me an arm and a leg to get! She is smart, funny, and is eager to work with her client to achieve his/her complete satisfaction.

All this in a salon that is airy, elegant, and full of really cool art!

Christy's fantastic!!. I was referred to Christy through a co worker, I'm new in town wasn't sure where to go. Had such a great experience. The salon is beautiful, situated on an industrial street an old warehouse style building, very cool! Christy was a sweetheart, I was a bit nervous going to someone new but the minute we talked I knew I was in good hands. Loved my hair! Loved the place! A unique find in Pasadena.

Excelent with blondes. I just moved to LA, and wasn't sure where to go. I got desperate and asked a woman who's hair I admired out at dinner. She handed me Christy's card. I'm so thankful! It's very hard to find someone who actually listens to what you want. Christy gave me exactly what I asked for. She even taught me how to easily blowdry my hair, turns out I've been doing it the hard way all these years. I can't wait to send my husband to her!

Best hair ever!!!. Christy is the most talented stylist I have ever encountered! I am someone who asks a million questions, and Christy actually had answers for me. She obviously very good at what she does and I felt that she really enjoys her work as well. She had great ideas and when we were done my hair looked like the picture we agreed on- that's never happened to me before.

She is very sweet and you can tell she is just a genuinely nice person. Ask for her she's great.

Best. Haircut. Ever.. I can not express how happy I am to have found Christy at Ellouise Salon! I just got my haircut this weekend, and I now have beautiful soft layers and a side-part that I used to dream of having! First of all, Christy fit me into her busy Saturday schedule, and she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She attentively listened to exactly what I wanted, while also offering excellent suggestions for my face shape, style, and low-maintenance lifestyle. I could tell that she knew exactly what she was talking about, so I felt extremely confident sitting in her chair! I had never let anyone blowdry my hair because I didn't trust anyone, but I let Christy style and blowdry my hair, and WOW. I love love love it and have received compliments already! My search for the perfect stylist is now over. I will always and only go to Christy, and I highly recommend her to anyone. As the previous reviews stated, you will leave Christy's chair feeling and looking GORGEOUS! Not only is she an amazing stylist, but she's also so kind and so sweet!

I'm so impressed with her!!!. Christy knows what she's talking about and her results are beautiful. She has excellent taste and is really passionate about what she does. She takes her time and really talks with you about goals for your hair. It's such a relief to find someone that has as much fun doing your hair as you do going to get yours done.

Just what I wanted!!!. Okay I'm asian and have been tring to get natural blonde hilights for what seems like forever now. They are always either too chunky, too many, or the worst too brassy. I was refered to Christy by a friend of mine who has been seeing her for a couple of years now, her hair always looks good and she changes it a lot. Anyways Christy is so great. Not only did she give me the soft look I was going for but she actually asked what shade of blonde I wanted, I didn't know I had a choice, turns out there is like 10 different hues for hilights. She's awesome, great cut to go along with my rad color. If your in the market for a new hair person go see Christy you won't be sorry.

I adore this girl!. I live a double life. I have a semi conservative office job by day, where I have to look "business professional". But by night I consider myself a bit of a rock and roller, I can throw 'em back with the best of them. Christy gave me a great haircut and color scheme that has a lot of style but is versitle. I can look somewhat respectable when needed but sassy when the sun goes down. I love her and I'm sure you will too.
