I agree with the reviews regarding Paul's Service, we are so happy that we hired them to repair our machine. Our dryer simply would not start, we called around and found them, they are easy to talk with and do a good work. It was real easy to have the dryer repaired, we appreciate it.

Paul's Service is an exceptional washer and dryer repair service. They did a great job in my home. Our dryer needed to be serviced and our washer would not drain. David took care both of our machines. Removing a large amount of debris from the dryer and replaced a switch in the washer. We could not have been more pleased with quality of the work performed.

Our Kenmore Front Load washing machine appliance broke down this past weekend. We contacted Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair Service. David was amazing. We discovered our washing machine was leaking and immediately called him and he came within 3 hours of our call to him. He was quick at diagnosing the problem and very honest in the fact that it would be less cost effective for us to fix the washing machine than to buy a new one. To my happy surprise, he did not charge us for the diagnosis and immediately put us in touch with a great company to help us remove the washing machine before it did anymore damage and to buy a new one. Thank you David for all of your amazing help!

Overall I was so happy with the service, with how fast the company came out and how far above and beyond they went to help us despite the fact that they were not being paid a large sum of money to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this company and can't imagine using anyone else should we ever experience this problem in the future.

As a resident of Los Angeles, for washer and/or dryer repair Paul's Service is the place to call. Very smooth. Our Maytag stack Washer They were very nice, professional and personable over the phone. The workman was very punctual. showed up a few minutes early even. He knew exactly how to fix the problem and had the part in the truck. It was fixed quickly and he even cleaned up after himself. I had a 10% discount coupon, which they honored making their already reasonable price even better. Highly recommend.

I have a 23 year old Whirlpool combo washer-dryer. The washing machine spin cycle stopped working, and the dryer vent tore and needed to be replaced. Before joining Angie's List, I had called a number of repair services, but they seemed unfamiliar with my model and I wasn't comfortable with their responses to my questions, nor with the estimates I was getting just to come out and look at it. David at Paul's Washer & Dryer Repair returned my call promptly, got specific info on the machine, and took the time to answer all my questions. We talked about the machine's problems and he gave me a reasonable estimate based on my description of what was happening with it. And then he told me that, at the machine's age, there were many more things likely to go wrong with it in the not-so-distant future, and suggested I'd be better off replacing it rather than repairing it (if I could afford to do so). I really appreciated his honest assessment and recommendation, and will definitely use this company if anything ever happens to the new machine I plan on buying shortly.

Old School Washer Repair Service.. Our LG front load washing machine, sprung a major leak. for service we called a few places and it was very hard to get an idea of what was going on. Paul's Service was just the company to talk to, they took their time in communicating in a clear and effective way.

They machine needed the drain hose replaced.

Paul's Service performed the work in a efficient and professional manner.

Paul's Service is on-time, professional and very fair in their pricing. This family-owned business is an exception to rule that appliance repair companies are not customer centered. Paul's Service Is Simply Great.. UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by David @ Paul's Washer & Dryer Repair, Santa Monica, Ca. I have three rental properties in Santa Monica and Venice. Appliances break down constantly. I am always being taken advantage of by repair companies and contractors. Not only did David fix my Maytag Washer, but he did it for FREE and over the phone. He spent his valuable time walking me through the possible solution, and let me try to fix it on my own. His strategically placed whack with a screw driver and hammer did the trick. AMAZING! The next time I need service to my washers/dryers, I will definitely call Paul's Washer & Dryer Repair. I only wish they did more than fix washers and dryers. David has won my customer loyalty.

Call Paul for LG Washer Repair.. Our LG Tromm Washer was not functioning. I was pleased to talk with Paul he was very professional and was clear about the diagnosis and estimate. We made the appointment. Thhe job was done and completed in the time frame and price quoted.

Front Load Washer Guru's.. In Culver City (90230) please call Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair. For our Front Load washer we could not have been any more pleased with the repair. Our machine was leaking water and we were told to replace it. Paul's Service was able to change and leaking gasket for a reasonable price.
