When I decided to go to Dr Taheri's office I went convinced I was going to get the most professional service I could ever found...I had this irritation on my skin for several years so I decided to find out what was going on and the only way was through a biopsy which they performed without letting me know how much was the cost going to be (they thought I was an insurance patient and that the insurance was anyway going to cover the cost), after performing the small surgery they found out I wasn't that insurance patient and they say: if you don't want to do it anymore is ok, but I decided to do it, so we got a common agreement that the cost was going to be only $ 250.- which amount they charged from my credit card...after one month and 15 days they call me saying I had this outstanding balance of $ 200.- more but that if I pay on that or next day Dr Taheri was goning to forgive $ 100.- of that amount...SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! I'm very dissapointed on that office cos I work on a Dental Office and we try the best for our patients always, there is an agreement between the patient and the billing part which needs to be respected and not to bother the patient with "outstanding imaginary balances" right after charging the patient the agreed amount just because they found out that they made a mistake!! Dr Taheri should take better care when hiring people to work for him, specially the attention to treat the new patient who is one of the most importants...in my case I don't recommend this place at all!!

Based on a glowing reco, I decided to go to Dr. Taheri's office. The place was clean, the receptionists were nice, the Dr. was helpful (although I only saw him for a few minutes) and I felt like I was going to get the help I needed. Dr. Taheri recommended that I use two of his products - a cream and a serum - each $65. I purchased both. When I got home I realized the serum they gave me was expired. So I had to then go back to the office again. They told me they were out of stock and would call me when they received a new batch. It's been over 2 months now and I haven't received a phone call. I've left messages and haven't heard back. I know it's only $65, but I feel ripped off and I still have a skin problem.
Pros: Clean, fast, knowledgable
Cons: Receptionists don't return phone calls
