Awesome Job. My carpets were dirty but I was hesitant to call a carpet cleaner because of the dodgy stories I've heard about carpet cleaners. I even tried using the rug doctor, which took me took me hours, hurt my back and still didn't clean my carpets. A friend referred me to these guys and said they did an amazing job so I called them. The price they gave me on the phone was the price they charged me. ($100 for my 2 bedroom apt) They were very professional and friendly and restored my carpets. I will definitely call them again.

Honest and reliable carpet cleaners. I called to schedule an appointment, and they gave me a price over the phone, when the technicians got there they didn't try to up sell me, or change the price, they did everything that i was told they would do, and the carpets came out looking great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU NEED YOUR CARPETS CLEANED

Nathan's Carpet Cleaner - City Wide Carpet. I was leery ? I?ll admit it. I hate service people. I make an appointment and I am given a time window (on my day of choice ? a plus). 1 hour into the time window ? someone from the office calls to tell me Nathan will be there in 30 mins. And he was!

He comes upstairs lugging some huge machine and for $135 cleans my couch and a 9x13 area rug. Get this... He missed a spot. A tiny spot. And the urine smells isn?t all out of the shag (every animal in the neighborhood has peed on this rug apparently). So what does he do? He comes back. The next day. During the time he said he would. And does the rug all over again. If it still stinks ? I?ll throw it out and know that he tried his best.

All organic & non-toxic cleaners too. I've never used a carpet cleaner before but I will call them again.

Great carpet cleaning. I own two dogs and as any dog owner will tell you that keeping your carpets clean and allergen free is a major concern. With this in mind I wanted to make sure that all the materials used to clean my carpets were safe and non toxic. The crew from nathans were very responsive to my desires to have both clean carpets and provide a safe environment for my pets. "Thank You" Nathan . You did an excellent, professional job in a relatively short amount of time and would not hesitate in recommending you to friends and colleagues.

Satisfaction Guaranteed. Fantastic service!!! An exceptional company that are not only a charming group of people but highly approachable with reagrds to any concerns one might have, no matter how ridiculous. I was incredibly impessed with the punctuality of the technichans and the quality of my carpet once it had been cleaned

Helpful all the way!!. I couldn't have asked for a better service or a cleaner sofa. My furniture has come up looking like it has just been bought. I was highly impressed with the accomodative staff at all the levels and felt completely at ease allowing them loose on my living room 3 piece.

PRICE CHANGES!!! Be Careful, Price was Increased and Changed on site; Suspect Methods of Operation. Called them, they came out same day, they offered many times, guess they were not busy...

The person who answered the phone quoted $40-60 plus $25, the guys who showed up just pretended like they did not hear when I asked why I was promised on the phone.

They changed everything about the price. I had a smaller 1 Bedroom for which they say always is about $100.00

No Receipt, no ROTOVAC BUT THE JOB WAS ABOUT 90% OK....

Happy Customer. I have been using Nathans in the past two years for all my cleaning needs. They are the most professional and responsible guys in the industry. I have used different companies in the past but after using Nathans, I am not going anywhere else. I am a very happy with their service.
